Good competitive prices. When a slight delay in delivery I was kept informed. Pushchair then arrived quickly and well packaged

Very reliable, I was nervous at first ordering from them. However, the travel system arrived just as described. It arrived quickly and safely. I cannot wait to use this with my new baby!

Very pleased with the product. The only reclining car seat we find that has the right width dimensions for us. Our toddler is very comfortable on it, including when sleeping. This was the only website that had the lovely green colour. It hasn't arrived by the predicted 10 days, I sent an email and got a response within a couple of hours which was very efficient.

Absolute shocking customer service.
Waited 5-6weeks for my buggy to arrive. When I spoke to customer service they told me that they are waiting for inventory to arrive from there supplies and I will get it when they get it.
The panic and stress not knowing if our buggy and car seat will turn up in time. Lucky we were organised but over terrible. Customer service just give you a sorry but why sell something you don’t have.

Really quick delivery, I had a worry on delivery time - messaged them and it was delivery within 2-days.

Ordered the Nipper Sport on 04/07/24 it stated 7-10 working days for dispatch. Order was delivered within 24 hours.
Great service and would defo recommend.
After assembly the pram today you have one very happy customer!

I order on the 7th of June and say it was available in 7-10 working days it’s now been 13 working days Iv emailed twice and they have said there waiting for a delivery from the supplier Iv now emailed again to ask if they have a rough estimate of this delivery so I can get some sort of idea when I’ll be receiving it as I ordered it as I needed it they shouldn’t put on there website that it will be available in 7-10 working days if it’s not , wouldn’t order from these again will order elsewhere next time.

I’ve been waiting 10 days and there are not any updates about delivery.

I contacted them and they doesn’t know when the order will arrive to be dispatched.

I did order because I have a holiday planned and do really need this item,why there is not an exactly delivery date,people has plans and should be a prompt delivery .

I am not doing shopping because I get bored ,I did because I need this product on time!!!!

Not happy with this company. Ordered a car seat on 2nd May and still not received it. Customer service and communication is very poor, have had to email them numerous times and have been told rough times of delivery with it still not being delivered a month later and not one single apology, I have found them very rude and abrupt. Go elsewhere.

Unfortunately Babys-Mart sold me a selection of products that turns out were not phyisical stock in house and failed to check stock with there Branded Suppliers, BUT still offered 5/7 day delivery at point of sale. Part order was delivered within 5 days BUT balance took approximately 30 days, overall very poor communication, several failed delivery dates. Babys Mart easily misled by their Branded Suppliers
