Excellent Service.
Quick turnaround, excellent quality product

I did not have a great experience, unfortunately, with my order of a Fabric Pop Up Straight Display. During the proof of image process, I had to send back various edits because the design was consistently imprecise, particularly with spaces and alignment issues.

Additionally, there was a mix-up with the delivery addresses. The product was sent to the billing address instead of the delivery address. The delivery arrived in two separate shipments: the structure reached the correct address, but the printed fabric did not. Upon contacting support, I was given a tracking number and discovered the fabric was delivered to the billing address. Despite multiple attempts to get help from support, they never responded.

I ended up having to travel to the billing address, only to find the package had been left with a neighbor. This inconvenience forced me to take a day off work, costing me both time and money.

That said, the quality of the product itself seems good. If these issues could be resolved, I would consider ordering from them again in the future. For now, I would only recommend them if you’re prepared to deal with potential hassles to get your banner.

They will say they print in Derby in the UK. So if you want to support local businesses, then avoid. They will lie to you about this - blatantly and continually but the shipping tracking will show China.

Product itself was same as from anywhere although they did not put the eyelets in as ordered and then tried to claim they did not make the mistake. Refunded me 25% of the cost due to this.

If I wanted a product from China that does not contribute to the UK economy at all, I would have gone to Alibaba and ordered one for a tenth of the price. Its a con - UK prices for a China product and they lie about it - a lot.

Ordered a media wall from Backdropcource for the London Domain Summit 2023. Everything was perfect: the price, delivery speed, print quality. The only thing that could go wrong: if we didn't check the confirmation print file (had discrepencies with the file that we sent in), though it was resolved super easy.
A++++ seller! This year, for Domain Summit 2024 we will be ordering the media wall also here.

Quality fabric, good print and fast delivery

Backdrop Source provides excellent services and is extremely trustworthy in terms of design, pattern, and timely delivery. It was great to connect with the team and they were more than helpful in getting things delivered on such short notice.

Interested in their products, saw an advert showing a media wall at £129. After clicking through the website the price added up to £240, almost double the advertised price. Putting deliberately low prices on these websites ads are a waste of my time and lying to customers.

The backdrop is sturdy & feels safe to use with lots of young dancers. The colours are vibrant

Great and patient team, they gave constant updates about what area of production the item was in. As well as unlimited proofs when designing. Being the lovely team they are, we also got a discount when we added lights to our backdrop stand. I would recommend and use them again.

Over the years I have purchased several backdrops and Video lights with diffusers from Backdrop source that i am still using today.
I am pleased with the items and the price i payed for them. I would recommend browsing thier website if you are a freelance photographer or videographer like myself.
