Good, friendly service.
Professional product provided in a timely manner

I purchased a banner with backdropsource, and the banner arrived printed on the wrong material (I ordered cotton and it arrived on polyester). I got in touch with customer service and I had a really difficult time communicating with them - even though they admitted that the banner was printed on the wrong material around 30 emails were exchanged to arrange a refund, and I had to keep chasing the refund after it had been promised. After I had been promised a refund it took three weeks and multiple emails from myself asking about it to receive it. The people from customer service were generally unapologetic and disinterested and avoided answering some of my questions unless pushed. It was just a lot more hard work than it needed to be, and if I hadn't kept chasing the refund, I am sure it wouldn't have been paid. The banner itself was perfectly fine if it had been what I had ordered, customer service was responsive (i.e. they did keep replying to my many emails and in reasonable time), and I did eventually get the refund (which is why I didn't go for one star) but I wouldn't order from them again and I would not recommend them.

We printed a backdrop from a while a go and we still use it. Getting our second print soon. I recommend.

Very difficult communication.
The kit arrived missing and without the lighting and fixing the TV mount. We have problems and a conflict with the client that has not ended until this moment

I ordered a new fabric with updated messaging for my existing backdrop frame. Great product exactly as described, fitted perfectly and delivered promptly.
Print quality is excellent, and service is great with the team getting in touch immediately with a proof image.

Our order arrived very promptly which was greatly appreciated when working on short timescales. The quality of our product was brilliant, we've used it multiple times and it still looks as good as the day we unboxed it.

After purchasing some modular signage from another supplier I found myself stuck with they no longer stocked the items or supported them. I found Backdropsource and they were able to provide the replacement fabrics for my stand with no fuss. It was a quick and easy online order, I was able to check my past artwork against their easy-to-use templates and could be assured of what I was ordering. In the end, it fit like a glove. Couldn't be more pleased.

We had a family's event 'Breakfast in Bethlehem' in the run up up to Christmas. We used the Christmas stable backdrop to take photos of children and families wearing different nativity costumes and it was fantastic!

Great equipment, fast delivery

Really great team who helped us work on the final product. We bought a band backdrop and the results were superb. The price is one of the best around for the service and quality you get. It’s just a shame it ships from the other side of the world! But in all honesty , I would definitely use them again!

The reason was quite timely and they do review your artwork before printing, I was in able to get the right dimension of my artwork and was refunded my money immediately. So I will be going back to use there services.

Great product and Great Value !
The backdrop was produced and delivered on time. At the event , it was really easy to assemble with very easy to follow instructions. The quality of the backdrop was excellent. Colors of our logo's and design were clear and crisp , everyone commented on it. Included was a bag which is really handy to store the backdrop and frame so we can re-use at future events.

The only thing we found unusual was the backdrop and frame were delivered separately.

Overall really happy with the product and how it turned out and will definitely be looking to purchase more for future events.
