I visited the Back in Action Marlow store a few weeks ago as I had been thinking about getting a kneeling chair for some time, but I wanted to try one first. It was well worth the visit. The lady in the store was really very helpful and let me try lots of different options. I left an hour or so later with a Varier Variable and have now been using it in my home office for a few weeks. I love it! A great purchase. I highly recommend the Back in Action Marlow store and the Varier Variable.

We've purchased several items from Back In Action over the years, including two very comfortable "Stressless" chairs. On our last visit we bought an adjustable pillow and a "Healthy Back Bag" which is a sort of rucksack which is easier to carry than a standard rucksack. The expert advice from Polina was much appreciated - she has a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Went in search of a desk chair as have been suffering with back pain from seating all day. Went to Back in Action as we’ve had a sofa and rocking chair from there. Brilliant service, great advice from Polina and since I bought a kneeling chair my backache has gone. Really recommend the shop.

I have dealt with this company for years for the purchase of MBT shoes. I have purchased these before from other suppliers but then the supply dried up. I then found Back in Action was supplying them which was coincidental with their name. Ever since then i have purchased several pairs a year and have always had brilliant service and delivery the very next day. To be fair they don't always have the size i require so have to keep an eye on their web site, but i think that is more down to MBT than BIA because no-body else had them either.
Altogether a very good company to deal with and i will for many years to come.

New sofa needed with higher seats and comfortable recliner facilities. Great advice from the staff at Back in Action’s Bristol store. No rush, good explanation of the Stressless products. Ordering straight forward and everything came on time. One small piece was a little damaged in transit, one phone call and an engineer was booked to assess repair. It was done on the day arranged, on site and everything is now perfect. Cannot fault the service at all or the comfort of the sofas!

I went with my wife, who regularly wears MBT footwear, because I had Achilles tendonitis. She had rung ahead so that the staff were able to get some shoes ready for me to try for size and style. The young lady who assisted me was helpful and patient which ended up with a suitable well fitting pair of shoes.
