I bought soap, toothpaste powder and dishwasher powder. Have not tried the dishwasher detergent yet but I do love the soap and toothpaste. Great recyclable packaging. No issues with delivery. All great. Thank you.

So far I have used around 4 times. It is comparable to any other supermarket brands with the advantage of no plastic and the package is totally recyclable.

Nice product. Quite annoying that you used DPD for delivery, who refused twice to leave in my safe place when I was out. This meant trekking very far to pick up the package.

Fantastic stuff. Gets everything really clean. Quick delivery (from France) and nice to know no horrid stuff is in there.

I have been using soap bars for years now and having done lots of research into the organic/non chemical nature of cosmetics, I must admit that the one from Comme Avant is the most efficient/effective soap I have used in my entire life. My skin is quite problematic, mainly dry and dehydrated with common acne flare ups and body areas with permanent eczema such as elbows and hands. This particular soap is the first soap which after using, my body skin does not feel the need to be moisturised separately, remains really soft and supple after my shower and keeps my eczema areas well moisturised with no flare ups so far. As for my face, I use the soap every night and all I need afterwards is 4-5 drops of some plant oil. My skin appears a lot smoother and clearer with significantly less tightness whereas the surprising fact for me is that I experience those delightful changes in the British winter with the strong winds, the very hard water and high pollution rates. Smell of the product is very slight and pleasant for me personally as it reminds me of my favourite smell of the pure olive oil from my mediterranean homeland. In addition, the soap bar is significantly softer compared to the massive amount and types of soaps I have used in my whole life. I am also using it as a shampoo bar with an ACV rinse at the end (dry and curly hair type with flaky scalp) - my curls and scalp skin are very happy with it. Smell, touch and colour prove that the soap is the most natural and basic on the market and trust me works wonders on the skin. Only slight drawback is the fact that due to its pure and organic nature it takes some time to lather up compared to the dreadful industrial stuff but this is nothing compared to all the health and beauty advantages it offers. Delivery and Service also excellent in my case. Good for our planet, good for our health and very effective at what is meant to be doing. Therefore 3ple win! Well played, Comme Avant, you got me!

I placed an order on the 10th October.
There was an attempted delivery on the 16th October, but I was not at home. On the 19th October, I was informed that there had been a delay with delivery. I didn't hear anything again for a couple of days, so on the 23rd I checked my tracking number, only to see that it appeared as delivered on the 20th October at 15:12, but at this time, I was at work, and no one was at home. I spoke with the delivery company who told me that I needed to raise an issue with Comme Avant, in order for an investigation to be made on my behalf. I asked about whether a photograph had been taken on the doorstep of wherever it had been delivered to, as is customary according to the details on their website. They responded that no picture had been uploaded with the delivery.
I immediately contacted Comme Avante by email, only to receive a response with a delivery confirmation written in French, and a note to ask me to check with my neighbours. I responded to say that I didn't understand what I had received, and could someone clarify that an investigation would be made, as the neighbours in my apartment building had not accepted anything on my behalf. Since then, I have sent a further 2 emails, and not one of them has been acknowledged. At present, I am out of pocket, with no goods to show for it. I am deeply appalled by the lack of customer service I have received, and as a first time customer, this will definitely be my last.

Sorry but disappointed with White Vinegar Dishwasher Powder - left tea stains in cups which wouldn’t have been there with my ‘standard’ non-eco dishwasher powder.
I was really hoping for an eco friendly alternative but sadly this isn’t it.
(I live in a relatively hard water area so used 2 tbs of the powder)

I liked the sound of the makeup remover bar, but I don’t get on with it at all!
I watched the video & followed the instructions, but it felt like I was applying a slightly lumpy, greasy cream to my face. It removed a little mascara, but not all, and I was left with a horrible waxy residue on my face, which I had to use my usual liquid cleanser to remove! When I dried my face, I left black marks on the towel from the remaining mascara. Not impressed. ☹️

The deodorant worked for the first 2 weeks, by week 3 it started failing miserably. I went from applying twice a day to 4. Unfortunately won't be sticking to it. Unfortunately the reply I got was to give it 7-10 days, but I waited an entire month before giving up entirely.

Vegan, no-waste, no plastics, no hassle hand-made products that are effective and of the highest quality. The shampoo bar is, quite simply, amazing. Wonderful stuff.

I waited really long my order. But I think because of the dpd . they weren't that good.
Now I used one of the soaps. For my hair it's not that good but for the body would do.
And I am so in love with your wood soap holders .

The perfumes used in floor and general cleaning solutions and room freshner is not condusive to using them again. The toilet cleaner is good.

Very happy with my products. So why only 4 stars? Well I do not understand french and the instructions for all the products is only in the native language.
The shampoo and soap for body and hands is perfect, but the lotion bar takes a long time to heat up and is to firm for my taste. The toothpaste takes a little getting use to but has a good flavor. The deodorant is good for the first couple of hours, but then it needs to be refreshed.

But all in all, I am going to buy the soap and shampoo again 😊
