I put up with a substandard chair for years and constantly suffered with back trouble and many aches and pains. This chair is a revelation! I can now sit for prolonged periods of time and be completely comfortable - wonderful!

The online ordering process was very helpful. The chair arrived promptly and was relatively easy to assemble, although one small part was dented. The company immediately sent a replacement part. Overall, excellent service and a very good product.

I decided to purchase a badbackchair because I had been suffering from back problems and decided that because I spent so much time at my desk I needed a proper chair. I am 5' 1 and a bit and the chair is ok but obviously designed for taller people.

I would recommend Bad Back Chairs 100%. I spoke to Stuart and arranged for a chair to be made especially to my specification and sent on approval which proved to be just perfect and individually tailored for me. It arrived when they said it would and well packaged. The pump-up lumbar support proved a talking point and works wonders for my back. I'm so glad I found them on the internet.

I don't review products normally but these chairs are really good. A year ago I was suffering from excruciating lower back pain. Getting a proper chair for my office and doing back-strengthening exercises *everyday* has made a huge difference; now no pain killers are necessary. Strongly recommended. :-)

Not much to say other than the fact that I find the chair almost as uncomfortable as my old one. It's not my back that hurts it's my rear. I study Maths and am at my PC often and I find the seat of the chair very uncomfortable and lacking padding. I'm thinking about getting something to sort it. On the whole I'll go to Staples next time.

The try before you buy idea was great. The chair was delieverd on time and I got a long period to decide if it was right for me. In the end I deceided that I wanted a softer seat, and the trial chair was replaced with an adapted model with no hassle.

I tried out, and sat on chairs all over the UK, even bought some, but to no avail. They all aggravated my back / cervical spine issue. They were also very, very, expensive; or cheap and complete rubbish.

excellent service .......chair v good......only slight disappointment was that the colour was not the same as on the colour chart (which must have faded so hopefully chair will too in time!)......and hassle with TNT over returns.
