Wonderful service - fabulous chair
Badbackchairs could not have been more helpful when I contacted them. They were able to offer advice upon the most suitable chair for me and have very good on-line information including tips on how to set the chair up.
The sale or return package is very advantageous, although I doubt whether having bought a Badbackchair, you would ever want to part with it.
I can honestly say that it has improved my day in the office 100%.

Therapeutica pillow is great
I bought a pillow not a chair and have used it for every nights sleep since. It is extremely comfortable and does not climb up the headboard like conventional feather pillows. I think it was called Therapeutica or similar. If I am wrong I shan't lose any sleep over it. Ho ho that was a joke ......sorry.

Great Service, awful delivery company
great service and advice, as advised by telephone the atitude of the delivery drivers on every occasion was unbeliavably bad.
Had it been anything else i would have refused the chair and not done business with you purely on this.
I cannot state too harshly how bad they were. (you would have had 5 stars if it weren't for them)

'Buy before you try' great idea!
First thing you see is the price and I agree, it is high. However, the ability to ‘try before you buy’ puts things into place and after you try it, price is justified.
This is the first time a chair actually did provide support for my back. Everything adjusts perfectly as if it was designed for me. I am very pleased with it indeed.
