yeah this company is a scame boys. ordered a ps5 about 4-5 years a go that never came. I emailed them and they sent me a wrong traking number. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Garbage... avoid this company like a sexually transmitted disease...
Game Store Mania is the amazon shop name ... Next day postage ? Lie ... they didn't post for 2 days after payment ! ... no contact from them until I started complaint... the claim royal mail will deliver on good Friday ... yet another lie ... I have screenshots and will happily share ... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I agree with all other negative reviews. Absolute poor customer experience and I have not received any response to my emails regarding my order or about providing a refund, if they can't fulfil the order. I managed to speak to the store person, who asked me to email. After that, all calls were not answered.

Never received my order, paid for next day delivery, absolute joke.

Total scam Web site - avoid at all costs - selling items they don't have - I was lucky enough to get full refund via PayPal.

This is a warning to anyone thinking of buying from Bad Game Retail i didn't receive Rocksmith 2014 Edition with Real Tone Cable (PS4, It didn't come with the cable like they advertised there customer service is none existent just one message back asking (what Cable? ) sorry BAD GAME RETAIL just read the product description it might give you a clue. Read there reviews on other sites they are really Bad avoid they are either so badly run or scammers

A strange one...I pre-ordered Tears of the Kingdom Collectors edition. Released on the 12th, prior to this I got a confirmation of order received. Didn't hear anything until two days ago telling me my order had been processed (23rd may). I'd gotten a bit worried having checked the reviews for badgame on here, I'd tried to call (to no avail), emailed twice (the second time around politely giving them a two week courtesy period before making enquiries with my bank to initiate a chargeback). I'd resigned myself to the latter, but credit where credits due, badgame has come through! Hence the four stars. Full marks for condition upon delivery too.
I would suggest to the company, perhaps notification of tracking, order dispatched etc would be helpful, also a working phone number. Other than that I'll not fault them :)

The prices were cheap. I ordered an XBOX series Controller on May 8th. We're now May 17th and my order is still "processing". Contacted them via e-mail cuz it said 3 to 5 day delivery to Europe. We're way past that. They never responded. What a scam. I wasted 40 euros. Never order anything on this site.

They aren't doing their name any justice. It's a bad site.

Ordered Microsoft Xbox Series X/S Wireless Controller + USB-C Cable, then just received a confirmation email, with no further emails, emailed them 2 times, never replied. its a scam.
raised a dispute with my bank and hopefully i can get my money back.

Ordered a xbox controller paid and never received put a claim against them via my bank . Wrote 3 emails no reply phone number constantly engaged. Scam company avoid at all cost

Please do not waste your time ordering from this site , they so worthless o have placed an order also paid for next day delivery it have been a week now , and still nothing I have sent them a few emails now no reply , and the phone line is always engaged it’s my sons birthday this Saturday and Bad Games have ruined everything, I have even tried to go to there head office but had no luck I have now emails them for a full refund but I can guarantee you, no one gets back to me , I have no choice but to contact my bank and report them as fraud

I cannot recommend this company. They either have the worst customer services department in terms of getting back to customers, or the Bad Game website is a fraudulent scam!

I ordered an XBOX Wireless Headset on the 26th April with next day delivery added to postage. I received an invoice confirming my order by email, so I know the order was completed. However the item has not arrived by the time of writing this review (the 29th April). I have sent three emails to chase up my order and request any tracking details of the courier being used, but no reply. The contact number is also constantly engaged.

I only wished I read the reviews about this company before I made the mistake of buying in good faith from this company.

This is not a review it's a warning. 'Bad Game' is a scam site. Do not buy from them and report them to the police and your bank if you have already purchased.

Ordered a charger on the 4th April. Still haven’t received it. Have emailed & no one has replied & have tried calling but nothing! Useless

Said 3-5 days for delivery. That was two months ago. They don't reply to emails

As the majority of other reviews state, item not received, no reply to emails, chat or phone calls. Still without my item over a month later and had to go to my bank to dispute the transaction.

Terrible, game has not been delivered despite extra payment to be fast, no reply to emails, websites not working, completely wasted my money and time, steer clear

Purchased a laptop in September and the delivery service was awful. Finally received said laptop, and three months later it now isn't working properly. Have sent numerous emails and had no reply, have contacted live chat and got a reply over 24 hours later telling me to forward my emails as they hadn't received them. Just going round in circles. DO NOT order from this company. Biggest mistake I ever made.
