yeah this company is a scame boys. ordered a ps5 about 4-5 years a go that never came. I emailed them and they sent me a wrong traking number. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Ordered a game for my granddaughter

Ordered a game for my granddaughter, promised delivery 3-5 days, never came and despite numerous emails and phone calls over the next 2 weeks nothing arrived. Eventually managed to speak to a guy there called Marios who committed to sorting it out. A few days later received an email saying they were to refund my money as I had cancelled the order??? Which was not true

Should have read the reviews

Where to begin? Ordered the game fine. Should ship within 2 working days..

Fast forward three weeks and it's still not here and two emails go ignored.

Jump on chat with "Chris" (who I'm assuming is a chat AI as I was referred to by my email address)
I was informed there was a two day wait... from today. My question about why it took so long and my request for a refund went unanswered. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a switch on 26th October

EDIT BELOW.

Ordered a switch on 26th October. After having an excellent online chat with "Chris" I was reassured as to their authenticity.

Promised delivery in 5 days. Its now over 3 weeks later. No switch. No reply and no refund. My savings spent and Christmas 4 weeks away.

I am devastated

After writing this review and complaining to paypal, I finally received the item. It is damaged and the joycons are not useable.

I have since received an email from Badgame asking me to reconsider my review. It seems that they can therefore communicate, when it suits them.

The Royal mail strikes have abs nothing to do with it. Their reply is just to try and cover themselves.

We've experienced delays with Royal mail strikes and can only apologies.

We've also requested that you send back the joy cons you mention are not usable so we can replace, but you have refused and have asked that we send the new ones before you return.

Ordered a Nintendo Switch

Ordered a Nintendo Switch, delivery days 3-5 working days. No correspondence received, no dispatch. Called them and sounded like they didn’t have a clue about my order. Said it would be delivered. It wasn’t. Called again, no answer on the phone. Raised complaint with my bank. Money returned in account.

Do not order from here!

Bought a Nintendo Switch on October 22nd. It has not been dispatched and I’ve had no communication. I’ve emailed 3 times to cancel the order within the 14 day cooling off period, and tried live chat - no response. Will be seeking legal action if no response within the next 5 working days.

Brilliant Service from Bad Game!

I had some old PS2, PSP and SNES games plus some old consoles gathering dust. Having searched a few online sites, I sent some email enquiries listing everything I had asking if they would be interested in buying. Most responded but simply directed me to their site to scan every barcode. Bad Game were so different. I was sent a holding email while they determined how much they could offer and then followed up with a quote. So easy! They even arranged for a DPD collection, and once in receipt, credited my bank account with the full amount. The pricing they offered was competitive and the service was brilliant. Thank you Bad Game!

Excellent experience.

Excellent experience.

I found Mario and team very helpful and informative. I was quoted a fair price based on the age, condition and working order of my items.. agreed on a figure. A courier was arranged which arrived next day as planned. Once Mario and team checked that the items where as described my money was sent and received prompt.

My overall experience with this company was excellent, I would happily sell items through their services again and recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Great service, fair pricing.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE

Be very careful ordering from this company!!!!! I ordered a switch on Monday on the 3-5 day delivery option, still waiting for it and haven’t had any email saying that it’s been despatched, their line was that ‘it’s not 3-5 days for delivery it’s 3-5 days for handling and delivery’ even though their website promotes that ‘100% of orders are despatched the next business day’ the chat option on the website is useless , I didn’t get any answers as to when it was getting despatched despite asking every day, don’t bother trying to ring them as soon as they recognised my number they starting blanking me, I managed to speak to one person on the Thursday who said it hadn’t been despatched from the warehouse? Who was going to ring me back (never did) and another person who said they would ‘look into it’ then hung up on me! Don’t bother emailing either as they don’t reply to emails. I’ve asked for a refund on every platform available (including leaving a voicemail) and still haven’t had any confirmation that they are going to refund me, so now I’m £230 down and my daughter doesn’t have her birthday present ! All details have been passed onto my bank to deal with! I would strongly suggest you don’t order from this website!!!

Bought a PS5 from this site

Bought a PS5 console and a second controller from this site. It’s been two weeks now I’ve not received it. I called to ask when I was receiving it, I got one Chris who said as expected, as the product was being packaged at the warehouse. Since then no response to my calls nor response to my emails. They are not reputable.

24 hours after posting my dismay, I get an email notifying me of the cancellation of my order and then a full refund of my money.

Order was cancelled after a few days.

I placed an order for an in stock product (thats what it said on the website) I waited 2-3 days and heard nothing of my order. I took it upon myself to contact the live chat, I didn't wait long to hear a reply, I just asked what was happening to my order and they said they will check with the depot. 4 hours later after probes they told me the item was not in stock so they could not fulfill the order - thus it was cancelled. The only concerning part was that I was not informed, nor had they been starting to sort my specific order even though it was meant to be 48 hour tracked delivery and it has already been that amount of time. Can I honestly say that I feel like they would of told me eventually? Yes I probably could, however being left in a limbo with a reasonably expensive item wasn't brilliant per the standards id expect anywhere. This could of been a one off or an isolated incident so I do not want that to be the sole point to take away. The positive is that once they knew they couldn't fulfil my order, they refunded in full, quickly too. Overall I would say that I probably wouldn't buy from them again, as I couldn't be sure the websites stock indicators were accurate. So unless you have enough to buy something twice whilst waiting for a refund. I would be wary, maybe check in with the friendly team first to confirm it is in stock. I feel like they may be a small company that hasn't quite worked out all the logistics yet so I may be being slightly unfair. Hopefully they improve in the future.

Game never turned up

Game never turned up. Mentioned a Royal Mail delay but after multiple emails they gave a refund, no explanation.

Sometimes these low prices are too good to be true!

Good service

I feel that the price of the game was competitive. From placing the order through to delivery I was kept fully informed with the progress of my order. All correspondence was professional and friendly. I would happily buy from again in the future.

Quick Delivery!

I ended up ordering from badgame.co.uk without really researching first, so like 10 mins after placing the order I was in a panic. Had just put £600 down on a ps5 and there were a couple of really bad reviews that had me worrying about the delivery - especially when I don't live in the UK.

But the console came down in 4 days (actually arrived today!) and even though it was a wee bit pricier than other vendors I'm really happy with the service and the condition it arrived in. Everything was accounted for so I'd definitely use badgame again in the future

Ordered and never received, took my money straight away

I ordered Gran Turismo 7 from them over a month ago and still haven't received it despite phoning and them promising to send. Ended up asking for a refund which they also haven't given. They take your money and you'll get nothing. Never use this company. Please don't give them your money. *Update* They have now refunded me after quite some time, thanks, but everything did take too long. I'd still not recommend.
