Two year review
Two years on, and my BadRhino tops are still standing like they’ve got something to prove. I wear them everywhere — gym, errands, life — so they’re washed more often than my dishes. Yet somehow, no frayed edges, no sad stretched seams, just solid quality.
The bright red one has mellowed a bit, but after two years of abuse, it’s earned the right to relax. The tiny rip? That was me losing a fight with a garden wire — these tops are high quality, not Kevlar.
Honestly, BadRhino gear only fails when I do. Quality through and through.
Mostly Love it! But the neck line is uncomfortable
I’m a local level CrossFit athlete and in the market for new gym tee’s.
I struggle massively finding tops long enough at 6’4” height, so bought 1 Iron Rhino training tee to test it out.
Really love the length, overall fit and the material!
Only drawback for me is the neck scoop is too high and has caused some irritation on my neck on the first use.
If the neck line could be lower at the front, whilst keeping the overall fit the same - I would go all in with the brand and never look back.
Rubbish - Don't Bother!
Ordered a suit and a hoodie from Bad Rhino - my first experience ordering from here. When the items arrived, they seemed to be alright quality & the suit was a lovely rich colour, but unfortunately the sizing was WAY OFF with all items. For a site that is specifically aimed at larger men, this really needs to be looked at! The suit trousers were like super skinny leggings that were impossible to fasten. The jacket had skinny arm holes and was just too small all over. The hoodie was large in the body, but had ridiculously short sleeves!
It's such a shame that this was the case. It's so hard to find larger clothing, but this definitely seems like a gimmick rather than a place that actually has it's customer's best interests in mind.
I complained via the live chat as I wasn't happy about paying the return fee, given the poor sizing. I was sent a free returns label, but the return fee has been deducted from my refund anyway! So not only poor sizing and a disappointing experience, but they also lie to customers!
All in all, I've paid £4.98 to try on some tiny clothes and take a trip to the post office. What a waste of time & money.

Delivery took 6 days despite paying for…
Delivery took 6 days despite paying for next day delivery. Items weren't actually sent until the day of the original arrival date.
The items were returned unopened because they arrived the day after the funeral they had been ordered for, the company gave a refund on one single suit jacket. The full order was 6 items, 2 suit jackets, 2 suit trousers and 2 white shirts.
Update - the customer service email address rejects any attempt at trying to gain further responses.
Poor quality zips…
I’ve had a couple of cargo type trousers which have worn about five times before zip failed. Just started breaking up. I’m a bit disappointed so won’t purchase again . Did try to contact Badrhino to inform them but their contact process isn’t good. Rest of their stuff T shirts etc is ok.

Great clothes awful customer service
Great clothes, awful customer service.
Placed two separate orders with the company on the same day. Day of delivery,first order arrived, no problem.
However on checking status of second order noticed it was listed to be delivered to the wrong address.
Now these orders even though made on the same day were made hours apart and the order numbers allocated by Bad Rhino were vastly different.
Contacted customer service by their app . Gave the correct, unique order number relating to the second parcel.
What I got was, I can only assume was an automated reply. It stated my parcel had been delivered and there was a photo of the delivery to prove it. So there was nothing they could do.
One minor issue with that reply. The photo they referred to was linked to the first order. A totally separate order with a completely different order no. to the one I was querying.
Another point the courier company used was stating that the parcel had not been delivered and wasn't due for delivery for a couple of hours.
Replied via email to customer services pointing out the error of their ways. Linking delivery confirmation to wrong orders etc.
Guess what,exact same email word for word as their first reply. Totally ignoring the order number yet again.
If this is level of customer service then best to avoid this company.

Box delivered in good time, however upon opening the box, found an item to be missing.
Contacted customer services, "box weight despatched same as delivery weight. No further action will be taken"
Erm.....so you forgot to put my item in charged me for this item but couldn't be they didnt pack it, nope its just magicly vanished......first and last time using this company. My advice would be to avoid at all costs.....don't send items out and claim they have. What a fantastic money making scheme!
Further contact from the company. "All items were scanned at the packing station so must have it" thanks for calling me a lair for the second time. Disgusting company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

So just checked my bank, still no sign of the refund for £3.99. I gues they are still investigating, please dont put your usual BS as a reply, this should have been paid back by now. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations this should have been paid back to me, its not a return! please wake up and sort out your useless Customer Services Department. Therefrore if this is not paid back to me within the next 7 days, I will be writing an official complaint to your Head Office and complaining at how useless the CS Department is. Failing that, I will be complaining to the Trading Standards Department. The ref is ref. BR105-6307-5353. If you want to save yourselfs further embarassment, I sugest you deal with this complaint, its been over 2 months now. You should be ashamed of yourselfs for trying to steal money off your customers. UPDATE I see your Customer Services has now confirmed they will refund me. I have received my refund but Im still keeping this review and one star, as I should not have had to chase this since November. As I said previously I wont be buying again from this company.

Inconsistent and unreliable on this occasion
Ordered a coat in the sale for my son, it didn't come on the expected day so I contacted them the day after & was told it had been received at my local depot but then the next day I get an email saying it's out of stock 🤔
Very confusing & not yet had my money back, this is very bad customer service not impressed.
