Still haven't had my order which has gone out of my account but not tee shirts as should be going to the swansea store for me to collect they said I get a email when ready to collect and not had a message saying its there

Improvement needed

Recently, I have had to return more items due to differences in sizing and additionally, there is no option on the website to leave a review for individual products to help inform others. For example, I recently purchased a 3-pack of t-shirts; 2 fitted perfectly, the third was too short. I couldn't leave a review and I would have to return 3 t-shirts for the sake of one, so I donated the 3rd t-shirt to charity. The same was true of my most recent order, 3 items ordered, 2 returned.

I orderd 5xT-shirts and 2x tracksuit…

I orderd 5xT-shirts and 2x tracksuit bottoms, I had a notication from Yodel they would be delivered, then another notification from Yodel to say that they have returned these items back to the sender? they did not even reach my address. I don't know why they were reurned, do you know why??

Very happy customer

Ordered a couple of sizes as wasn’t sure how they would fit … but very true to size when they arrived and easy returns on size I didn’t need .. also have since ordered some T shirts which are really good quality and very reasonable.

‘Bad Rhino’..bad being the operative word!

Had to pay to return faulty goods!
The item ordered arrived faulty and I enquired as to why I had to pay to return damaged goods, so they sent me a free postage label but then deducted the cost from my refund! Surely this goes against the ‘sale of goods act’? So I’ve ended up paying for it to be delivered and paid for it to be returned, for no item. Customer service just keeps pinging me a message to say they’ve not received the item yet even though they’ve also emailed me to say they have received the item and the refund amount. I can’t be bothered to waste any more time with their customer service so they have successfully robbed me! Will not be buying from here again and would not recommend.
