I went into bagcraft today to find a new purse for a gift for my wife as hers was wearing out. The shop was well presented and stocked with quality items. The real pleasure was meeting Maureen what a sweet lady! She was chatty and very kind. She was Very helpful pulling out the wallets and purses for us to browse. The items we purchased were well packaged and protected. Will definitely come back when in need of future items. Thank you.

Lovely shop with such a wide range of bags and luggage. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the stock and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Staff helpful and friendly.

Bought a case 2 weeks ago. When it arrived we realised we'd made a mistake. Bagcraft didn't hesitate in taking back the wrong one and ordering the right one for us.

I have used Bagcraft for many years and cannot fault them. They won’t just sell you something, they will take the time to help you decide and go through an array of bags or suitcases, making sure you get what you want. They are so helpful, polite and always deliver great service and products.

We first came across this company in the early 2000's, since then any travel cases the family may have needed we have sourced from Bagcraft. They are competitively priced, Gary is very knowledgeable about the products both from a size that is acceptable to airlines as well as the product materials and their longevity. They have also assisted with repairs to our luggage when the luggage handlers were too heavy handed. We would recommend Bagcraft every time if anyone needs new luggage.

Just a fantastic company to deal with rather than the faceless internet suppliers. Why? Because I had an issue with the delivery and Gary was an absolute diamond helping me to resolve the xmas nightmare successfully. Excellent customer service from this shop. I recently bought a couple of items for Christmas presents and also enquired about a small piece of luggage which I could use as hand luggage on planes. I was shown different items which might 'fit the bill' so had several options to choose from and I have now bought one of them. They keep a large stock of items and take time to show customers what is available. Excellent local independent store.

The customer service at Bagcraft is fantastic. I bought 2 Samsonite C-LITE suitcases from them, on recommendation, of the shop, from a friend.
Gary is 100% on the top of his game and absolutely could not have done more to advise me. He's extremely informative, knowledgeable, helpful and patient.
The delivery was speedy and well packaged. I'm delighted with my purchase.
