TOP BOX FIX

I just purchased a second-hand top box for my BMW1200RT from eBay, and it was sold to me locked, and with no key!
Daren at Bahnstormer had it open in a jiffy, and then proceeded to reconfigure the lock to my ignition key.
Full marks to Daren and the Bahnstormer team, and at a cost of only £20, I have no complaints.
Cheers guys.

Great, friendly Dealership

I recently purchased a BMW from Bahnstormer and it really was a 5 star experience. I don’t understand the other reviews here, there is no charge for test rides or petrol used. Chris the salesman, arranged me an on the spot test ride and simply said enjoy! Take as long as you like. I would recommend Bahnstormer to anyone looking to buy a BMW.

Poor service and zero communication

Sorry but Martin from service has failed to call me back despite our initial conversation promises of a return call , I also called and left a message with another staff member to request the call back and the requested service cost

Very poor service and not confidence inspiring for a new customer

I will have to look elsewhere

Bahnstormer have gone downhill.

I have to agree that Bahnstormer have gone downhill so much so they lost me as a customer to Ducati.

Staff make no effort in selling and instead want you to pay for the privilege of test riding, no response to website queries, no customer care.

They used to be great, the sales staff knew your name and made an effort to appear interested. I bought 3 bikes from them over the years but since their expansion and refurb at Alton they have become the worst bmw dealer in the area imo.

Complacent BMW motorcycle dealership

Bahnstormer BMW Motorrad Alton used to be staffed by knowledgeable, enthusiastic staff, but complacency seems to be creeping in. Perhaps staff feel that the bikes will sell themselves. Charging £15 for a test-ride and directing customers to park their own bikes away from the shop, out of sight round the back, sets the scene.
