The quality of the products is impeccable.

Have used BoS a few times as both myself and my husband have steel bracelets- and we have always found the customer service to be great and the quality outstanding.
However I just want to leave a review on my most recent experience. Having lost my Mum in February this year I wanted something special to have as a special keepsake…Adele went above and beyond anything I could have expected- after a few hiccups and rejections by Adele re the standard of the engraving not being up to the standard she wanted (I might add the issues were only due to the fine detail of the photo supplied not any fault of BoS).
The final bead was brilliant- and exactly what I would have wanted. A great firm, excellent communication throughout and an above standard customer service - would definitely recommend will no doubt be using their services again in the future to add more quality bling to my bracelet.

I have just purchased my 3rd Baileys Bracelet and right from our first visit to the workshop years ago we found a warm and welcoming vibe. Again Adele has gone above and beyond spending time catching up on the phone and helping with any questions we needed answering. Such a wonderful business to deal with and buying British is definitely the way to go!

I lost my eldest son Jack tragically and very unexpectedly recently, and wanted a memorial piece of jewellery to ensure he's always very close to me.
Given that I'm a bit clumsy and the item so precious, I needed to find something both durable and classy. I searched the web and after some dead ends, I arrived at Bailey of Sheffield. Granted the cost puts it more towards the upper end but what price can you put on memorial jewellery? I was more interested in quality and robustness, and I am delighted with my bracelet.
Geoff was really helpful at the ordering stage. He contacted me several times to clarify a few things and advise on sizing, and I was more than happy to tell him what drew me to Bailey of Sheffield (as I've explained already).
Since it arrived I've bought some additional beads to add a touch of colour and I'm blown away with the elegance of it - not least the custom etching in Jack's memory on the brushed steel capsule.
Thank you so much. A small comfort at an otherwise awful time in my life.
