Efficient communication
First I received a very prompt response after contacting the company and all the information I needed was provided and a follow upcall. This showed that it was a reliable company to deal with, although I was not ready to commit to purchasing at the moment but I will do so in future. My request was dealt with professionally and there was no pushing which has enabled me to decide without other factors because it's long term.
