I love Turkish food and thought I'd try to make it myself rather than ordering takeaways 😁.

I came across Bakkalim online and was impressed with the competitive pricing so I ordered some goods.

These arrived extremely well packed and within 48 hours 👍 I was even advised of the time slot which was helpful!

I had forgotten one item and advised Bakkalim if it could be included and paid for separately so that I didn't have to pay postage again, but they included it for free out of courtesy which really impressed me!

I've not tried the products yet but that's more to do with the manufacturers and I'm sure they will be good... But what I can say is that my shopping experience with Bakkalim was excellent as was the customer service and I would definitely recommend them in this respect...

It was very easy shopping through website. Fast delivery. Comparing to the lots of competitive shops, they have market prices rather than online price which is the most important thing! Definitely, it will become my regular shop, saving me carrying from market :)

They have offered you from the press of the quarantine, they are very satisfied. fresh and 2023 and 2024 date. only delıvery fee was a bit expensive but I think the materials are worth it. Excellent experience from start to finish. Easy website to navigate with reasonable prices, friendly staff to query products and delivery options both via phone and whatsapp with speedy response. After ordering online, our delivery arrived the next day (Outside London!) in perfect condition. All items were carefully packed and put in well sealed boxes. Fridge items were still cold and ready to enjoy! Thank you for providing such an amazing shopping experience and especially appreciated during a pandemic.
