The return process with this company is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. It is horrible. They wouldn’t send me a return label until I sent a strongly worded email, and even then, they provided two separate codes for what was originally one order. The process is confusing, not prepaid, and appears to be run from overseas, likely China. They use Amazon for their return process even if you order from them directly. If you like the clothes, I highly recommend ordering through Amazon for an easier return experience. Read other reviews — I’m not the only one frustrated. Absolutely terrible system.

UPDATE: Although I was initially frustrated with the return process, I want to acknowledge that the customer service team ultimately made things right. They processed my refund in a timely manner and went out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of. They also assured me that they are working to improve their return process to prevent similar issues in the future. I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue and their commitment to better service.

I bought a pair of bike shorts to wear as the bottoms for a bathing suit . . perfect. Then I bought pants for yoga/exercising, then two pair for pickleball, then long pants for travel. They are priced fairly, pack well, look good, dry easily and have great colors to choose from.

I bought comfortable capris and razor tanks-mix and match. Very stylish active wear! Love them and wear daily. Wrinkle resistant and light. Lots of pockets-will take in my trip!

I was so happy to have reached out to Baleaf Sports with a concern about an order and within a matter of hours they had resolved the issue and done so in a very kind manner. Their product is fabulous and their customer service spectacular! They are now among my favorites!

I returned two pairs of pants in January. They never refunded the money I paid. It's six months later I am out $100. I have spent hours with Discover Card (canceled) and PayPal (canceling). This company is very disreputable, they do not respond to ANY communication.

They responded to my review by exposing my email address. I am baffled by their behavior. My review has changed to minus 5 stars.

I chose an incorrect size during ordering and only realized my mistake after I placed the order. I wrote to the Customer Information and immediately got a response; my order had been correctly updated. That quick reply from Baleaf made me realize they really are paying attention to their customer needs.

I wear plus size clothes. I read about Baleaf and how the clothing are true to size. I decided to order a pair of capris and I fell in love with the how they felt and the fit. I ordered more and love the colors too. I would recommend Baleaf to everyone.

Everything about this company is super. I have long yoga pants, capris and their new long shorts. Ordering was easy shipping was quick and accurate. The material varies depending on what you order, but everything I’ve purchased is very comfortable and very durable. The shorts are so soft, they are really lovely on warm days. I’m a happy customer and will continue to buy from Baleaf. Highly recommend.

Ordered a skort. Said L was US size 12-14. Sorry, for this size 12 woman, this size large would barely fit. Sizing is incorrect. Then they charge you 5.50 shipping to send back. Never again.

Shortly after I tried on my first pair of pants I bought another in a different color. They fit perfectly and are so comfortable. Great quality and fast shipping, too.

I ordered a skort from this company and am unable to return it. The quality is not good, and it is very sheer. I am unable to return it.
Do NOT order from this company. They are very difficult to work with.

I love Baleaf Sports skorts because they are excellent quality and dressy enough to wear to a casual dining restaurant. I’ve had mine for going on three years and they look new. I also wear them to the gym. I look forward to adding some more colors to my collection!

It looks like I will be stuck with shorts that do not fit, and no money returned. Baleaf appears to be a company that does not values it's customer base.

I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to save someone else from the frustration and disappointment of this company's carelessness toward the consumer.

I originally ordered two pair of their Flyleaf UPF+50 High Rise Pants in size medium. They were a little snug so I wanted to return them for a large. I tried three times to get a return address off their site with no luck. So I went to the post office and paid $10.75 to return them to the address on the original package. I did finally receive through messenger a note from their support service that I had sent them to the wrong address. I wrote back and stated how I had tried to get a return address with no luck. I had told them I just wanted my money back. I was told the best they could do was give me 50% off when I ordered again. I was very upset as I was going to be out $83.46. I figured this was another on line scam. Much to my surprise about 10 days later $83.46 showed up in my bank account. Needless to say they did the right thing. So I reordered the two pair of pants on a Sunday and I was so surprised to receive them three days later. I tried them on and they are a perfect fit. So I went on line and ordered two more pair. They are very nice quality and I will say I was very pleased with their customer support.

The quality of the shorts and the style and fit are Amazing. True to proper sizing. I would highly recommend. I have bought other Baleaf clothing in the past and always happy with them.
