Bakes tightened for free!
I popped in to ask for help with spongy brakes on my electric bike. In 5 minutes one of the guys had totally fixed the problem and sent me on my way free of charge with perfect brakes!

Ive been a customer for some years now i find the staff are really nice and have good information about new bikes fixing bikes and have the time to be present and enganging.....overall excellent bike shop ...
P.s i have walked 4 miles with my broken bike just to bring my bike here and they fixed the puncture there and then thank you so much Gold stars for everyone...

Great customer support
I wanted to raise the handle bar height and Balfes Dulwich were able to select the correct sized product and were happy to fit it FOC while I waited . This is the sort of service that earns customer loyalty.
