I bought my bike through Balfe's Gatwick. They were so helpful over the phone. Once I placed my order and deposit, they pro-actively got int touch to see how my cycle to work voucher was progressing. When I collected the bike, the helmet I'd chosen was too small and there was a no fuss swap. Thoroughly recommend them!

Your staff made my purchase so easy and were very helpful and knowledgeable about my purchase and explained everything very thoroughly.

Riding home today I couldn't get my pedal to clip in. Pulled over, discovered I've somehow lost a bolt, so my cleat was sliding about.

Popped into the Gatwick store, they found me a replacement bolt and gave me a multitool so I could fix the problem, and tighten my other cleat bolts.

No charge, no hassle. They even offered to fit the bolt for me, but I had my shoe on and taking it off was a bit of a faff.

Balfes completed my bike repair at a reasonable price. My rear axle had come out and caused the wheel to jam into the frame. They managed to extract the wheel and check the alignment of the frame and reassemble everything. Only the brake disc and pads needed replacement.

Large quality inventory. Liked the interaction with the staff. They gave me time and attention.

Good stock, helpful people. Definitely worth a visit.

Great service from Balfe's Bikes Gatwick. I rolled in mid ride to discuss and purchase a new bike on the Sunday, it was in the shop and ready to collect by the Wednesday, and I was living the dream on new wheels by the Friday. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great communication throughout the whole process. Well set up shop and easy access location.

I recently acquired a bicycle from Balfe, and I was impressed by the extensive selection available. Afra was very helpful, offering thorough explanations and maintaining a consistently polite demeanor throughout the process. I was able to conduct test rides. Balfe Gatwick maintains a warehouse with additional inventory, and Afra proactively retrieved items not on immediate display for my consideration.

My initial expectation was to receive a newly assembled bicycle following my test rides and purchase finalisation. However, upon inquiring on the day of collection, I was informed that the bicycle I would be taking home was the same demonstration/display model I had previously trialed. I do not believe this particular model was out of stock for a new order. Past purchases from other stores have built a new bike after order.

I have not yet had the opportunity to ride the bicycle since collection, and I anticipate a positive experience.

Absolutely Brilliant . The staff at Balfe’s Bikes Gatwick couldn’t have been more helpful . My wife is very pleased with her bike . Would highly recommend them to anyone needing advice and wanting a fair price .

Phoned in advance to check the store had the tyres I wanted in stock, told they were, so drove the 25 miles to the store only to find they weren't.
There were no available alternatives in stock either and although someone offered help with an online search, this could all have been avoided.
Initially given the wrong charger and battery cover etc. when I spent six thousand on my bike and having to return, only to find when I got back home again, there was still the incorrect parts given.
I shall no longer bother going back and shop elsewhere, a shame, because its a good store.

Went in to the Gatwick store and got quick service on some pedals that were in stock. Staff very helpful.

Top service.. knowledgeable staff who gave me multiple options on a SRAM warranty part; even though I hadn’t bought the bike from them!
They fixed the issue, saving a lot of time.. top service and also perfectly wrapped bars to boot! So helpful my stepson bought his Giant Defy from them shortly after.
