Very very good

I recently had my left brake serviced at Balfe’s Bikes, and I’m really pleased with the result. The team quickly identified the issue and clearly explained what needed to be done.

After the service, my left brake feels smooth, responsive, and much more reliable. The improvement was noticeable straight away, and it’s made a big difference to how confident I feel riding.

The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the whole process. I’d definitely recommend Balfe’s Bikes for their quality workmanship and excellent customer service. I’ll be back for future services!

Great support and customer service by Balfe's Notting Hill store again. Got the 2nd bicycle from this store. Nathan was very helpful so we're James, Elias and the others at the store. Elias offered price match for mudguards with another high street shop. The had setup 2x bicycles for me to test ride and set them up to my physical requirements. When the handlebars for the bike I wanted to purchase did not suit me needs, they offered an alternative that made the test ride on 2nd visit a great ride. Nathan was kind enough to help me get the bike to my car as I had a few other things to carry.
Recommended for service, choice and variety of bicycles and brands + test ride options.

You returned my bike having serviced it and put on new disc brake pads yet when I cycled away I had no brakes. No brakes! Nothing! Having managed to stop without killing myself I pumped the brakes continuously until they started to work. Unfortunately this didn’t solve the problem completely and the brake do not work that well. Having gone in and explained this to the store they advise that they can’t fix on the spot and I will need to leave the bike with the store. Despite the wholly unsafe manner you gave me my bike back you can’t even offer some assistance by fixing the brakes on the same day. Very disappointing and more to the point inconvenient

Guys are amazing there they are communicating with bicycle warranty without getting me involved in the process - all covered no stress from parts to labour.

Knowledge of security items, as that is what i was looking for. Diligent reservation for item not currently in stock at that moment.

Hector, Elias and James have been nothing but a class customer service providers. completely informed, did their best to help secure the bike. great advise. amazing bike fit....etc I could go on but still won't be enough to say thank you and well done to the team.

Buying a bike from Balfe's was a great experience from the online site to find and source the bike through to meeting them at the shop and having the bike set up for me. They were highly competitive on price and I was also able to get accessories that they fitted for me too. Finally they checked the bike for my height, ran over a few things and I was on my way. Will return for my 2 month service and then will be sure to keep returning.
