The staff were knowledgeable when it came to providing information and advice on the products. They were very friendly and helpful and the bike was ready for collection on agreed date.
Helpful text message to tell me part was ready the next day. Service in the shop was excellent as always. Helpfully unboxing and checking everything tips and advice freely given.

Friendly local bike shop… just wished the gear indexing had been sorted.
Friendly and professional staff. Fixed some new handlebar tape, new rear tubeless tyre and most importantly my 34 granny gear and all just in time for a big ride around the Peak District. Unfortunately this wasn’t indexed properly so I didn’t have access to the 34 on my 18% climb up Winnats Pass! I’ve since tweaked this…

Bike came out the door with the wheels out of true,ordered a Rapha jersey,we are getting close to a month now and still haven’t received it,the staff has no idea what is happening and it seems they don’t really care

Fantastic Customer Service
Customer service is always fantastic. My chain snapped and I took the bike into the Sutton store to be repaired/replaced. Received call to say further repairs were necessary (which probably contributed to unexpected chain snap) and given details of what was needed. Not a straight forward repair but Danny worked hard to get the job done and I was super happy to receive call to say it was ready to pick up. These guys are lovely and super helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent Service when buying a bike for my son
As usual, Balfe's Bikes in Sutton were excellent when helping us find a new mountain bike for my son. They had a good selection and my son chose a Scott Aspect 760. The team went out of their way to make sure that it was the correct fit and was set up properly. Many thanks

Having visited other Balfe stores (Reigate) it seems to a common theme.
