Balorig Kardinge Groningen…
On visiting balorig kardinge Groningen today with my children I immediately asked for my money back after 3 mins.
The place had more children and parents than the building limit and staff didn’t care. I highlight that the 3 of 5 fire door was blocked and the staff just said we didn’t open up so not our fault (in my opinion HEALTHY AND SAFETY is EVERYONES Responsible) if you work for balorig it’s your responsibility.
They More concern about letting more people in than the safety of children in event of a fire taking place.
As a trained health and safety and also fire Marshall in England and which is also EU standards.
I find the place inadequate on busy days.
They seem unaware that fire exits should remain clear and that bolts should be removed from the exit doors which people are inside for quick exit. A football net was blocking a fire door the last 3 times we visits and dispite complaining nothing has changed.
This place should have a random government check to make sure they comply and a risk assessment should be re validated and staff should be full trained on what to do in case of fire.
Every staff should be made aware it is their responsibility and not just managers and a refresh course in health and safety and fire training should be mandatory for all staff.
