Delivery problem resolved swiftly

When everyone was scrambling to get the Moses basket, cot, clothes, car seats and other one off gifts for my son and his partner. I had already researched and made up my mind that the perfect gift to them from me would be Bambo Nature nappies/wipes. Everyone thought I was bonkers and thought it was an odd present to give them as a grandma. But if someone had offered to have bought me quality nappies/wipes when I had my two boys, I would have been over the moon. Everyone thought I was mad when they saw the prices compared to other high street stores and other brands. And absolutely bonkers when I mentioned they were free from chemicals/parabens and also environmental friendly. Sixteen months on and they are so happy because they have seen so many of their other family members and friends babies get severe nappy rashes whilst my granddaughter has had only two/three mild incidences and that was during her worst teething moments. if I am blessed to have more grandchildren in the future they too will have the Bambo Nature Lifestyle...Thank you

i have ordered 2 times to my nieces…
i have ordered 2 times to my nieces house and both times they made address mistake and it took extra day on one delivery and a week on first delivery. also i would like to set up reoccurring orders and you do not offer it in the U.K ,yet in the U.S. i am doing it .

The nappy gets stuck to baby's bottom, and also leaks quicker than some other nappies that we've tried.

The nappies are great but customer service is poor
The nappies are great but customer service very poor.
In had ordered size 3 nappies and received size 4 with an invoice that confirmed I ordered size 3. I rang and emailed etc... no reply so I am not only left with nappies I cannot use, I also had to run to my local Sainsburys and buy their nappies hoping I wouldn't have to use much of it as the bamboo one would be replaced... well I'm planning of using a different brand in future... It's a shame because the nappies are very good, absorbent, maybe leaked only once since my breastfed son was born.
