Requested a sample and it arrived the next day. Excellent service.
We were looking to lay a new bathroom floor, with a Japanese theme, but have since been advised by a joiner that it's not suitable for wet floors.

Rapid delivery of product as described, with good follow-up email communications. Good quality flooring material as far as known a few days after laying, with accurate expert advice on quantity required.

The flooring was delivered on time. The fitter said it was not as easy to put down as first thought but it looks beautiful in the conservatory.

Not received the samples

I've fitted new bamboo floor to a good portion of my house (strand woven click version). I am very pleased with the floor, it looks the business, feels robust and good quality. The company also provide a range of accessories, matching trims, adhesives and soon on which is useful. Can't really fault them, reliable on ordering and delivery.

Bamboo floor is a good value way to get a top notch floor finish. One must be mindful to read the instructions - don't use in rooms that are going to get wet etc. On reflection the only downsides are the floor might not feel quite as warm as oak - that's because it is probably much harder. And it is quite brittle when installing, so keep a firm grip and do your cuts sensibly. Otherwise, you'll have a good experience with it I'm sure.

Product was delivered promptly, a sample taken from one pack matches the the same product I bought 4 years ago and as we are just finishing off the last 5 packs of that batch, it's great to have another 37 packs that match and can now move on to completing the lounge floor. Communication was thorough and rapid, no wasted time waiting for information.

We have been changing our floor since 2021 when we first bought it. We started from lounge than we did a double extension and we did some rooms with the same floor . Now we decides to do the other bedroom and all stairs and it looks amazing. The quality it’s very good the costumer support amazing. I did choose the wrong stair noses and they called telling wasn’t the correct for the for and amended . I’m very happy and I really recommend

Ordered some samples which arrived in good time. Seem like good quality, but still trying to decide on colour. They were either too light or too dark. Wanted something in between.

The products, advice and shipping from this company is very good. The product parquet carbonised bamboo is fantastic and very stable and precisely machined. I’ve laid around 40m2 in total and noticed no deviation in the product. My living dining area has taken a beating with the kids and it’s stood up extremely well. Much better than any other hardwood product I’ve used in the past. I used in concrete slab with underfloor heating and it’s fantastic and conducts heat very well as it’s much denser that oak or other engineered flooring. Worth noting you need a very flat floor as per their instructions. I have laid on a less than perfect floor outside of their recommended specifications and it’s pretty unforgiving. Just a warning not a mar on the product. My first instal I called for advise and the gent ran me through the product and methods required. 10/10.
