Fantastic product and customer care.
I previously bought bamboo flooring from these guys to redo our lounge, so I knew where to go for my new bedroom flooring. Excellent quality, great price and prompt delivery. I under ordered on the skirting and on the day it was due to be shipped I realised I'd ordered the wrong colour, when I phoned to explain I was assured the order could be changed and sure enough, later that day I received the correct order. Excellent service, great product, I bought the engineered natural strand bamboo and it's looking good, almost finished, very pleased with the result.

Product good - online calculator v poor
The flooring itself is fab but your on line calculator over calculates by a huge amount. I ended up with over 7 square meters over at a cost of £280 and the cost to send back was £182 which is extortionate.

Hi, The online calculator works perfectly well, i can see it was your builder that placed the order. He ordered 6.5m2 more flooring than underlay, this is clearly the fault of your builder over ordering so you should go back to him as he should be covering the cost of his own error and not you.

Easy company to deal with either on line or by phone. We have had the flooring for around 20 years, it has lasted really well. Just needed a few extra bits to extend the original skirting.

30 square metres of autumn hazelnut flooring laid in a weekend
Very good customer service from the team at Bamboo flooring and a really nice product. Once the first line of boards are correctly positioned it was super quick to install and the final finish is really beautiful, would definitely recommend.

Sent a different product colour with a…
Sent a different product colour with a different product code to me than what was ordered. They argued all day that it was a close match when all I wanted was my money refunded. The product and product code of the item they were supposed to have sent me does not even exist with the manufacturer. 4 days waiting for a non existent product and now I have to follow a return process and drop this useless item off at the post office in order to get my money refunded. Should’ve stuck with Amazon, cheaper with free next day delivery, and I’m more likely to get what I’ve ordered. A total waste of my time.

The order was delivered on Monday 9th Feb (2 working days from order). The filler is colour matched to our natural strand woven floors and you received the correct product that you ordered. We replied twice to your emails explaining that you had the right product. As you still believed this wasn't the case we sent you a free return label and will refund your order in full once it arrives back to us.
Bamboo flooring excellent
Delivery of Flooring was very quick and efficient very well shrink wrapped and on pallet (8 boxes) no damage to boxes of flooring.
Flooring excellent quality, this order was our third, being laid in our dining room. Bamboo flooring very hard wearing well recommended.
