The house itself is wonderful, and a spacious design. High quality finishes throughout however on our particular site there were an extraordinary number of issues with the heating system that would have been ignored if we had not been persistent with their 'care' team. We had weeks of overnight noise which had been reported and nobody came to see us or call us to resolve which was unacceptable. The latest issue is grass which has been laid on top of concrete with no soil depth beneath and been told they are not replacing it. We will see about that! We also have had a fire door that had a massive breeze blowing through it, right next to the thermostat which made the heating go on when it wasn't really needed. The firm are great design wise and apart from plumbing largely great but the care team need substantial overhaul and training in customer care as the main customer point they can be dismissive, abrupt and uncaring.

Very poor finish, patio doors have never worked, the wooden facings started peeling in less than a year and the so called repair hasn't worked. Then as soon as the warranty expires the kitchen windows have had a significant failure, which without the help of friends who helped us close the windows would have left us with a 2-1/2 year old house that wasn't water tight. I contacted Bancon suggesting that due to the nature of the issue and the age of the house that they should at least investigate the issue but they are not in the least bit interested
So unless you never want to use windows or doors do not buy a house from this company

I am not surprised that there are no reviews. They are a poor company. DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THEM. Homes classed as luxury homes have very poor finishing and little to no sound proofing. Aberdeen Building regulators have failed in their responsibility to insure that regulations are followed.
