I would have no problem in recommending this company to anyone. They were friendly and efficient in their communications from the initial enquiry to the actual removal of the old combi and installation of the new one . The installers (Sam & Jay) were punctual,efficient ,polite,covered the floor and hoovered when finished. They then went through with us on how to operate the combi.
They are a small local firm which knows how to put the customer first.

The boiler was fitted quickly and efficiently by an excellent technician. I was very impressed with the work rate and knowledge that the technician showed.
The work was done very quickly and fast tracked through and the diretor came to site to ensure that deliveries had arrived and that I and the technician were happy.

Having been a B&G Jenkins customer for 29 years I knew what to expect and got it.
I needed attention to a noisy water pump in my gas central heating system. The repairer turned up on time and, as far as I can tell a couple of days later, did a thorough and professional job replacing the pump and cleaning the filter system.
I withhold a fifth star because the water pump was only 4 years old. It, like the entire system bar some pipework, was very much B&G Jenkins' creation, and I would have expected a water pump to last more than 4 years.

Very prompt, courteous, tidy and skilled. Good communications and accurate quotation. An excellent local tradesman.

The description of the 5-star rating says it all. Easy to make an appointment, timely arrival, did a perfect job and left everything clean and tidy. I have now used Jenkins twice in the last year or so for different reasons and will have no hesitation about doing so again in future should the need arise.

I used B&G Jenkins to install a new boiler in a property that I rent out. I needed a quick replacement as the old boiler was on its way out. Both my tenant and I found them efficient and professional - as well as being competitive price wise. The boiler has been in one week now. Would recommend this company.
