Great brand 10/10 only would recommend them to add bandobaby branding on the inside of the clothing add a few labels maybe. Other than that this brand is fire and I would order again. 10/10 brand

Best customer service I’ve experienced
Firstly, the clothes are great value and my teen son loves them. Secondly, and more importantly to me, the customer service and communication with Bando Baby far exceeded my expectations and, I imagine, their responsibilities as a company. My item was significantly delayed and ended up lost in the post for a few weeks, through no fault of Bando Baby. Everyone I was in contact with over email at Bando Baby replied super promptly, were very helpful and ended up helping me solve the problem with Royal Mail. I really couldn’t have been better supported in a tricky situation than I was by this company. Highly, highly recommend!

Such a great company, 1st order spot on 2nd order had issue with all the postal strikes (not the company) however the company stayed in communication all the way through and even tho I didn’t end up with my parcel they made sure I got a full refund and gave me lots of other options so thank you would 100% recommend

Amazing company amazing clothes
Due to royal mail strikes and no fault of bando baby, the delivery was longer than expected. I was concerned that my autistic sons Christmas present wouldnt arrive on time. However I received daily updates and support from the bando baby team, who went to lengths to ensure the delivery arrived in time. Upon delivery I was very impressed with outfit and will be using them again.
