Hi thanks for your review, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the quality, and we are more than happy to arrange for your item to be sent back for a full refund! Our top priority is making sure everyone gets the best service and value for money so if you were not satisfied please send us an email and we will send you a pre-paid label to send back your items.
As for the invoices we have them ready on request, most people would rather have the confirmation email instead which is sent to everyone automatically.
Whilst we would love to have a contact telephone number in the future as a small business with a small team it doesn't make financial sense to set this up at the moment - however, it is something that we will 100% set up as our business grows!
Lastly, the reason we don't have the address to our offices displayed on our website/ google is because we are an online store and don't have a physical location that is available to the public, we are able to send our return address for parcels on request by email if needed!

Great Customer Service and Quality Clothes.
Where to begin? Excellent customer service. Great quality clothing. The total package from this up and coming clothing brand. I'm usually more used to wearing Nike and similar brands but recently decided to try newer brands. I had a few concerns but the response rate on Instagram was exceptional as I received a personal, quality response from the brand and they answered my questions clearly and efficiently as if every customer mattered to them and was more than a statistic. 10/10 would recommend.

Poor don’t order !!!
When I was looking at the reviews before I ordered thought wow really Good!!!! All up to date reviews, so I ordered I have not had the same experience as those Boasting about the company no up to date delivery instructions when I emailed about my order basically told that it wasn’t there problem as it’s been shipped, never again will I order from this company… for the message below no 1st visit from Royal Mail as I was in all day an have cameras no body came on the 1st visit an was a mistake on royal mails side !!!

I’ve checked the tracking and can see your order was delivered today after a second attempt after the first delivery was unsuccessful due to no-one being home, after which you wrote this complaint.
As mentioned throughout our constant communication by email we sent your order out on the 12th of October 2 days after you placed your order for 48 working hour delivery.
On our end we have done nothing wrong as we tried to explain to you in your emails it was a delay caused by royal mails processing which caused a delay of 2 days in your order arriving.
We aim to keep all of our customers happy which is why we pay more for Royal mails services which are trustworthy and reliable, on this occasion they have let us down but just to re-iterate we hare not the cause of any delay.

As mentioned in the emails we shipped your order timely, on the 10th of October two days after you have purchased your tracksuit for 48 hour delivery,
Unfortunately royal mail were not able to deliver your order due to lack of full address information provided by yourself (you can also check this on the tracking number on royal mails page).
As a business we have done nothing wrong as we have shipped your order timely and have had extension communication with you through our email customer service.
Regardless, we have gone on and refunded your order and given you a full refund for the tracksuit you have ordered.
