Great brand 10/10 only would recommend them to add bandobaby branding on the inside of the clothing add a few labels maybe. Other than that this brand is fire and I would order again. 10/10 brand

I ordered a t-shirt size M for my son,11. The shirt I got was a XXL size, although the label read M. It is huge. Yes, the quality is good, but there is something wrong with the size. So I had to order the smallest size. Hope it will fit!

There was a mistake with the delivery…
There was a mistake with the delivery which was my fault, but they contacted me when I didn’t know and sorted it out. 100% authentic very reliable company. The only problem is that they need to respond to their emails a bit quicker, but if you want to contact them directly for a problem go their instagram. Otherwise, its a cold brand!

Bought a tracksuit on the 9th
Bought a tracksuit on the 9th. It is now the 15th and it hasn’t been shipped yet. I have to verify my identification within 12 hours of ordering the tracksuit or i get a refund which I didn’t do. No tracksuit has been delivered and no refund has been issued.

HI Ryan, the reason your tracksuit has not been shipped is because we were waiting for you to complete the ID verification which was completed on the 14th at 11pm.Whilst we state 12 hours we usually give customers a couple days before we cancel their orders. Your order has not been cancelled or refunded and will be sent out today for 48 hour delivery.
Please try to understand we have done nothing wrong and the delay was caused by the incompleted ID verification which prevented us from shipping your order, now that it is completed we can ship out your tracksuit.
In terms of the ID check it occurs to a very small number of orders which are flagged as fraudulent by the system in order to protect us a small business.
Hope this all makes sense and you understand what happened and what caused your delay.
