Barclays Bathrooms 

The sales pitch part of the process was nice and friendly - did a home visit and bought out plenty of materials to help make a decision.

There were issues with the initial fitting - costs almost doubled and some of the work was poor…marker pen left on tiles, bulk of the sealant had turned pink where marker had bled into it and the support arm for the large glass screen was incorrectly fitted.

HOWEVER, i must admit the aftercare from Barclays Bathrooms has been great. Benji, the in-house fitter, has fixed all issues and made good the work. Also extended the warranty to start from todays date. Would have been nice to be right first time - but i cant knock the support from Barclays Bathrooms and I'm happy with my bathroom.

Great company. From start to end they were very efficient and professional. Shout out to Jan our fitter who went above and beyond. Love my bathroom!

Great service from start to finnish. Plenty phone calls to keep us updated as to what was happening. Quality material. Quality finnish. Worked late 2 nights to get the job done so happy all round

Very quick and efficient. They even took the time to put in a herringbone floor.

I asked Barclays Bathrooms (as well as some other companies) to come to look at a shower room in my ‘Granny flat’ that I wanted upgraded.
Jordan came to survey the shower room and went through a couple of layout options - there was limited space! After Jordan suggested a third option I was sold! Great use of space and the furniture proposed was lovely!
I dreaded the fit as there is always so much mess during any building work but I was really impressed with how mess was controlled and therefore zero impact on my business that I run next door!
Can’t praise enough and thoroughly recommend!

Had our lovely Bathroom fitted last week. And would especially like to thank our Fitter’s they were so, fantastic kept us informed every step of the way.and they were so
good natured and inclusive. Gave us such confidence in them . Overall the Company are fantastic. Quick and efficient .

From designing our bathroom to completion cannot fault our experience. We changed our design a week or so after our 1st design pick. Barclays came out a second time to allow us to pick what we wanted to change. The Installation guys were amazing from start to finish, great attention to detail, kept us updated on where they were and next steps. Our bathroom exceeded our expectations Jean has finished it to a very high standard love it and can't recommend Barclays Bathrooms enough. Very happy customer

We recently had Barclays Bathrooms out to fit a new bathroom for us. We had been told for a while that we'd never do it on the budget we had, but Barclays was not only able to do it they were fast, efficient and have been willing to help us with any questions after the fitting.
The initial meeting was very straightforward, we weren't overly particular about minute details and we're happy to rely on them to recommend suitable elements for the bathroom. Our main goal was to freshen and modernise a room that hadn't been touch in about 20 years.
The fitters were friendly and respectful of the house. They worked efficiently and our bathroom was done in 3 days. Again I felt comfortable asking questions and they were happy to inform me about progress as they went.
The aftercare they are giving us to follow up on 1 or 2 small things is wonderful. They communicate promptly are are very happy to help.
I would recommend Barclays Bathrooms to anyone in the future.

No issues with these guys at all. Didn’t hang about either, day and a half to rip out and install.

Excellent service from start to finish. From planning to completion, everything went as smooth as clockwork. Few issues that did arise were dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
Phonecalls were always answered and return calls were made promptly.
Tommy's work was first class. He consulted on every stage and his eye for detail was impeccable.
Highly recommend if you are looking for a new bathroom.

Jonathon came out and listened to what we wanted (unlike 2 other companies we had) he supplied us with a design within 24hrs and we asked for some changes, in the end though that design was perfect for us and we went with it. Gary the plumber was excellent and delivered the design exactly as drawn, he left us with no snagging at all. We couldn’t be any happier with our experience which did exceed our expectations! It was a bit more expensive than we expected but… every single item makes the design work and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Thanks Jonathon

From the very start to having Jordon in our home measuring and giving us ideas we couldn’t fault Barclays Bathroom at all , everything delivered a couple of days before Alan the fitter came , he worked constantly with Jay and nothing was any bother , we had a little drawer mishap but all sorted straight away , we got all our rubbish uplifted a couple of hours after Alan had finished with Brian and co , excellent service , all in a very happy customer !

We ordered the upgrade of our en suite bathroom from Barclays Bathrooms and were very pleased with service we received. From the initial meeting with the sales rep, who turned up on time and took the time to listen to our requirements and then was able to guide us through our options so that we stayed on budget but got the bathroom we wanted. To the fitters, who again turned up on time, and completed the work within the allocated time. All done professionally, on time with no hidden costs or problems. We are very pleased with the work done and would happily use them again.

Barclays Bathrooms were both more affordable and better value then everything we'd seen. We got a full bathroom install plus materials for less than a quote for just labour from another plumber.
Not only that but they could install just 2 months after enquiring even though others were quoting for the following year.
Could not recommend them enough. The new bathroom is perfect.

I got my main bathroom done from Barclays Bathrooms and honestly I can’t emphasise enough how good the whole transition has been.

You've got to hand it to Barclays Bathrooms, they do what it says on the tin. Now, we were working to a really tight budget, so realistically you're not going to get a Rolls Royce for that kind of money, but what you get is a stunning looking end result with no hidden extra costs.
The salesman visits, you choose from their vast catalogue which caters for most tastes, the fit is completed and you end up happy.
Throughout the work there was always a connected toilet which was something my wife was worried about.
Now there was an amount of snagging but it was all dealt with promptly. There was never a time where my queries were left unattended.
If BB always work to these standards I see no reason to go elsewhere.

I got exactly what I wanted. They met my expectations and the workmanship was 100%
