I placed an order at the Fenwick concession in Newcastle on 2nd December having been told that the item was in stock. To date, the item has still not arrived.
I have twice been told that it's DPD's responsibility to inform when delivery will be made.
No one at B & S has had the courtesy to follow up my complaint despite promising to do so.

Still waiting for action!!!

Cannon Park Outlet

Went into this store to buy a side table, Anthony was very helpful and friendly found the one we wanted. Unintentionally found a bookcase we liked also, we left our name number and a few days later Anthony had sourced the bookcase and had it at store waiting for collection! Excellent customer service and really happy with our purchases! Would highly recommend this store!

On our visit to the Gateshead store on Sunday 23rd July we bought two breakfast bar stools which we are delighted with, we received excellent customer service from Dawn Oliver who was helpful, polite and friendly ... Thank you Dawn.

Visited the B & S Metro Outlet Store, well laid out, plenty of options and we found what we were looking for at a good discounted price. Assisted by Joanne McTiernan and Paul Peel , friendly, efficient and helpful.

We visited the Middlesbrough store yesterday, looking for furniture for our first home. Anthony was so lovely and helpful. He gave us advice and answered all our questions, he was extremely polite and friendly. We would definitely recommend visiting the store!

Visited Middlesbrough outlet yesterday to order some living room furniture.
Nathan showed us the range of fabrics and helped us make our order in no time at all but we were not rushed. He knew the system and products very well and was absolutely first class!

Anthony & Mike a brilliant help in ordering a new dining table from the store over the phone! Don’t live anywhere near the store but extra photos were sent through of the product and experience was seamless and really helpful. Great price and customer service. Than you both :)

Went to the Middlesbrough outlet Saturday gone just for a browse and we’re immediately greeted by a lovely man named Anthony and explained we were just browsing. After finding something we wanted to purchase (an office chair) we were given fantastic service and even though it was a small purchase Anthony did it all with a smile and couldn’t have helped more! Highly recommend and will be back to deal with Anthony in the future!!

This outlet is based in Gateshead. Saturday morning, wandering around, given the usual smiles and hello's but no following you and interrupting your every move, When you asked for help it was given immediately. Good banter, answered questions quickly and honestly. I wanted to look at the back of the furniture, which was not a problem, Dawn immediately moved the sofa so I could see and asked if I had any thoughts, questions, or issues. She explained all about the sofa, and how to maintain it, so you got years of life out of it, that it was quality leather and came with a leather kit. In other words, outlet it might be but the service and attention to detail remained the same as if you were in their main store. DawnLisle was great, in fact, the team around her where great as she asked a question of a colleague and he stopped immediately to help.
Go to the outlet store you will not be disappointed by the diversity of product, the quality of product or the amazing service, look for Dawn.

Great staff, really friendly and attentive and able to provide some great advice on furniture options. Helped me almost completely furnish my newbuild, will definitely be back.

Went to the Middlesbrough store today for a browse and came away with two leather chairs, tv stand and a coffee table. The staff were very attentive and moved furniture around so we could picture what it would look like together. Helped us pack the items into the car which saved us the £79 delivery fee! Not the first time we have shopped here and it won’t be the last!

We went into the outlet store today in Middlesbrough to look for a few items for our home. Ian was so helpful and couldn’t have made the process any simpler. Would definitely recommend

This shop is fantastic but what makes it stand out is the staff Ian in particular is super helpful, Didn’t feel rushed he was really knowledgeable - got exactly what I needed and he give a lot of advice. I can’t wait to go back and will def ask for Ian- I wish all shops had staff like this place.
The stock is top quality the same as a barker store- but a lot cheaper got 2 lovely bar stools for under £200 still boxed
