Personable service and knowledgeable about an office chair for my tall and still growing son.

I was initially hesitant to purchase a chair from Barkhams as there were only two reviews on Trustpilot. But after speaking with Jim over the phone, who was very kind and helpful in answering all my questions, I decided to go ahead with the purchase and I'm so glad I did! The chair was delivered free of charge within just four days and arrived in perfect condition. I’m absolutely delighted with it, and you wouldn’t be able to tell that it’s secondhand.

After a lengthy and thorough research, I bought a renovated Kinnarps Plus 8 Task Chair from Barkham. My purchase exceeded all expectations! The chair arrived in as good as new condition, beautifully re-upholstered and fully assembled. The only downside was that the castors happened to be for the wrong surface. But it took just a couple of days, and I received the replacement castors. The aftersales care proved immaculate, and I loved both the chair and the experience of being a Barkham Office Furniture customer.
