Barnett Richards recently let out a property for us, and personally having experience with lots of estate agents, I have to see this is the best ever service I have seen.

We worked mainly with Stafford, who was extremely personal and professional throughout. We opted for a tenancy find opposed to a fully managed service, and this was no issue for Stafford, he listened to our preferences and did everything he could to ensure we found the right tenants. I also really appreciated how he shared his professional opinion but never swayed us towards a decision and let us make the final calls. Stafford and Ada were able to find us suitable tenants, and managed the entire process for us.

Primary things are taking actions as earlier, availability always, considering customer view/pain, respecting customers and making them safe and happy.

Barnett Richard's I can only give the highest praise too. I was a tenant for 21 years..21 that should show how well we were looked after, we only moved because my partner could no longer use the stairs.(we have moved in with our daughter) Stafford was our main man but Jeff you were there too, nothing was to much trouble if we had a problem we would only have to make a call and within a few hours someone would be knocking on the door. Barnett Richard's went above and beyond, we felt more like family then tenants,if I could give 100 stars I would and if any one needs a Estate Agent in the future this is the Company to use. Barnett Richards is the best agency we've ever encountered here in the UK. They are very hands on and replies to you quickly. They will send people the next day whenever you encounter difficulties on your property. They have also been very helpful through out our stay in there managed property. They are very professional and organised from the start of the tenancy until the end. Stafford who is our agent is really good and friendly, definitely cares for the tenants and not just treat you as business. We definitely recommend them!
