Excellent service and great…
Excellent service and great communication. I am really happy with the house, it is even better that showed in the pictures. Our agent, Stafford was great, he sent us updates regularly regarding the paperwork and the house. Overall I’m happy we chose to rent our new house with Barnett Richards! I highly recommend them.

We have been using Barnett Richards to manage our property since 2004 and have found them to be professional, hardworking, courteous and quite knowledgeable. Our rents are paid on time, every month, property inspections and mandatory certificates are obtained without any trouble to us.

I am very happy with this agency
I am very happy with this agency. No words can express how grateful And thankful I am that I found this property with Stafford (agent) who guided and assisted me throughout the way. Transferring house is very stressful and as much as possible I wanna avoid it but my experience all throughout this process was wonderful and all I can think about is the memories I can build with the new flat. I will definitely recommend this agency to anyone. 5 stars highly recommend.

The best lettings agents by a mile or 100 !!
Unfortunately my tenant of 2 years gave me notice to move out. I didn't panic , I simply called Stafford from Barnett Richards and knew that he would get me a great tenant within a few days. It was actually the first viewer who took flat on day 1 of viewing !! Stafford was fabulous as always, I didn't do a thing. He always has lots of friendly advice and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I must say that Barnett Richards have always got me a new tenant within a couple of days but to get a tenant on day one in these difficult times is an amazing accomplishment. Thanks a million !!
