Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process of buying an approved used car was efficient and straightforward. Car was valeted and presented to a very high standard. My sales professional Chris took his time to explain the cars features and was helpful throughout the whole process. No high pressured sales tactics or glib sales talk. Would use again and highly recommend.

i then they tell me they cannot help me.now i get a email to send photos to them,just a waste of time they have no intension to help

You reviewed was from Group 1 telling Susan Cheeseman that they did a like for like test with another V8 f type?? The same Group 1 that lied to JLR about curtesy car ?? They never had another V8 on site !! They never took car elsewhere as I would have been notified on tracker !! This is how I know it never happened!! Can you explain why Susan Cheeseman asked me if I changed the exhaust myself??Can you explain the lack of MPG? No you can’t because you aren’t being honest. They keep using the excuse that they did extensive work. That’s where they are LYING. THEY cannot prove anything just what they was told. SHAME ON YOU FOR LYING ON REVIEW. I purchased a 2023 f type 75 edition from Barrett’s of Canterbury last year within six months a fault/failure occurred (fault confirmed by two JRL trained indi specialists) that the fault will not show any fault codes however Barrett’s are simply not interested in finding a solution albeit it was under thier six months warranty and 18 months manufacturer warranty. Very frustrating and disappointing dealing with Barrett’s of Canterbury.

Zsolt arranged for the Barrett's BMW tech wizard, Brandon, to give me some time to sort out the,for me, complicated electronics, and after an hour of patience I was much clearer about how it all works, and the car was set up the way I wanted with keys, phone etc all synchronised.

As a Barrett’s BMW Canterbury customer for 7 years, my expectations of a technical discussion with their genius Brandon Nolan were high, and I was not disappointed. Not only did Brandon immediately sort out a minor issue which was nothing to do with him, but he also led our discussion about the controls of my new 530e saloon professionally but friendly. In just a few minutes Brandon was able to answer all of the queries I had as well as provide information above and beyond. On the 1st March 2025 I purchased a new Range Rover Evoque. On the 27th March 2025 after only 130 Miles the car stopped and could NOT be restarted. It had to be taken away on a low loader to Barrets Service Dept at Ashford where it remains as at 10th April 2025. I was informed that I would have a new replacement car, however after TWO WEEKS nothing has happened. The Sales Manager is looking for an additional £1700.00 ??? I have tried to speak with Paul Barrett about this disgracefull matter but he was NOT available . Also his PA Sarah Cole refused to talk to me. After spending over £60000.00 with Barretts on this NEW CAR and WAITING over TWO WEEKS for some positive action I am absolutely fed up being treated so shabbily by this Company. Who willingly took my money.

I was experiencing an issue with the Bluetooth hands free phone connection on my BMW M135i. Being of an 'mature disposition' I phoned Barretts BMW Canterbury and spoke with Brandon, the 'Tech Genius'. Brandon was unable to fix the issue over the phone and kindly invited me to visit him at the dealership the next day which I duly did. The problem turned out to be somewhat complex but Brandon persevered and was eventually able to fix the issue for me by 'resetting' my iDrive. It must have taken half an hour of Brandon's time (at no cost to me) and a thoroughly decent and polite young man to boot. I am very grateful to Brandon for his time and trouble and I shall certainly recommend Barretts to friends and family. Thank you.

I was having a very poor experience with my local Mini dealer regarding replacing a broken part not under warranty. I contacted Barretts body shop while in the area and received immediate friendly help from Kiya. The car was booked in and the part replaced while i waited. I travelled over 100 miles to have the work carried out and would definitely use them again.
