I first started using Bartletts in 2011 and it has always been a pleasure to meet David & lately Laura at our yearly review meetings (even over Zoom during Covid lock downs!). Like most people of recent times, I ended up with a few pension policies/funds, deposited in various schemes. Over the past 12 years I have received invaluable and honest advice from David, & Laura, whilst discussing pension costs and benefits of these various pension funds. I am now coming up to retirement age, and over the past 4 years their financial advice has now helped me consolidate all of my pension funds, into using the Quilter Investment platform. My experience of the Financial Services Industry, up until using Bartletts, has always been blighted by a lack of transparency and how pension fund managers value their policies/funds. The Quilter platform gives me an online account, which I can view on my pc or mobile app. Instead of being bombarded with paper work for even the smallest transaction, this is all filed in my online account and you can clearly monitor your investments and fund values. Great service, and I would recommend to anyone who is unsure of how to handle their pension provisions.

Excellent service. What makes dealing with Bartlett so positive is that they respond to emails promptly and call back promptly. It sounds so simple but few companies do it. Really top quality support over the years both in obtaining policies and handling claims.

I can only give Bartlett’s my highest rating in everything and they underline the importance of using a sound, responsive insurance agent rather than some faceless portal. They are responsive, seek the best cover and at the most competitive pricing. Exceedingly good service and I recommend them to all.

Although I could get cheaper insurance home/ car I think Julia and her team give us a good service both in shopping round and help in the few times we have had to claim

Bartlett are very efficient and reliable. They always give very competitive quotes and I have used them since 1988.

Have never had any problems and when I have needed to claim ,twice in twenty plus years the process has been relatively trouble free. Would recommend and despite not giving top marks, I never do for any review. Find the quotes and service excellent for me
