From the first moment I contacted Bartlett's I was put at ease and Joe was amazing. He listening to my situation and made sure he understood my needs before trying to advise. He offered me multiple options and ways to move forward without any 'hard sell'. He honestly made me feel like he just wanted to do right by me. He laid out clear steps to progressing and went on to contact my previous pension provider and do the 'leg work' for me which again was above and beyond.

Over the many years I have used Bartlett they have always provided a prompt, personal and efficient service. On the odd occasion I have needed to make a claim, they have supported me in a stress free professional manner.

A highly professional broker that deals with its clients in a friendly and efficient way. There is always someone available to immediately answer any questions/deal with issues over the phone. This is one of the main advantages of using Bartlett . . . no waiting in a 30-minute queue and being passed around here.

I have fortunately only ever had to make one claim, and this was dealt with to my complete satisfaction. Not the cheapest maybe and renewal premiums have risen noticeably over the last couple of years (the same story elsewhere no doubt), but for peace of mind I will definitely be staying with Bartlett for both my home and car insurance.
