I was recommended Bartletts after a hair salon left me with hardly any hair after a bleach treatment.
I had never taken action against anyone before and was very unsure about my decision and what was involved the process.
I was initially put in touch with one of their solicitors, Nicola.
We spoke on the phone and she asked for more detail and photos to be sent via email.
She was extremely friendly and sympathetic and warm.
At a later time during the process, Lydia took over the case and was equally as lovely.
The friendliness did by no means mean they were not professional.
The process took two years due to no fault of Bartletts, but due to the salons insurance company, taking their time.
Every query and correspondence from me to Bartletts was answered very fast and at NO point did I ever feel unsure as to where or what was happening with my case. I never felt silly for asking them to explain anything I didnt understand.
Bartletts handled my case very efficiently and as I said, with warmth and professionalism.
Unlike some law firms, there was always someone to answer a call or email or if not, always came back to me very quickly.
I would use them again, no question and recommend them to anyone who had suffered an injury due to no fault of their own.

Excellent advice and support, Sian was great and responded immediately regarding any concerns. It was a really easy process in particular during the pandemic.

If I had any concerns again related to the beauty industry I would most definitely make contact with Bartletts without hesitation and get Sian to represent me again.

Excellent service from a solicitor who had little to go on as I was a cyclist involved in a collision with a car. I had no insurance details from the driver but Bartletts took on my personal injury claim, kept me informed of progress regularly and organised medicals by phone due to the covid 19 pandemic. It was all completed in the 6 to 9 months time scale with a very agreeable outcome. I cannot thank Bartletts enough for what they did and am now looking forward to purchasing a new bike with the award money.

James Edwards at Barletts at Marldon Chambers in Liverpool have been absolutely fantastic from the moment I called. My commercial lease has been very difficult on the landlords side of things and James has dealt with every last detail efficiently and professionally. They were extremely helpful and supportive , they listened to me and helped me when i was extremely upset having had to have all my hair cut off because of a unqualified hairdresser . I would highly reccomend the firm .
