I was given incorrect information from the landlord/agent, only later did I discover that the landlord's information was untrue and the solicitor had been helping to chase them for the right documentation.

After another family loss we needed the help of Louse Nelson and her team. Yet again the service we received was excellant. Everything was taken care of for us and the price for all of their service was very reasonable. They no longer have a branch near us but they are now our solicitors of choice. I cannot recommend them enough. Many many thanks to Louise and team. X

I sent a review of Bartletts law firm…
I sent a review of Bartletts law firm of Chester. I have seen that Barletts have said I am not a client. And I have sent you a screen grab of them saying this "Bartletts lies to trustpilot Capture.PNG"
What they say is clearly not true as they are the executors of my mother's Will. I have sent you the email they sent to me & supporting letters. Therefore I am a Client. They lie. I can also show my mother clearly said Mr Woodside Hit her & told her she had no money to force her to sell her home & change her Wil, please see video link.
And therefore this is true & not Libellous as that is what my mother
is saying and Mr Woodside is the lawyer who works for Mr Barlett see
attachment. I have sent you this as listed in an email from them
WoodsideWorksforBartlett.png
I have summed all this into a single image I have sent you see attached: bare2t.jpg
Therefore everything is true and the review should be put back onto Trustpilot.
If you do not put my review back up I will use this to show that you
hide really bad reviews and you can not be trusted...
I hope this is not the case.
ADD 27 JAN 2019 Subject: Bartlett. PART 2
Definition:
a) “Client - someone who uses services provided by a lawyer or another legal professional.”
By lawsociety.org.uk
b) Trustpilot guidelines are listed at: legal .trustpilot.com /user-guidelines
It states: 1 When can you write a review?
1.1 You can write a review on Trustpilot about a company if you have had a buying or service experience with that company, which means that:
"you can otherwise document your use of the Company's service, including via correspondence or other interaction with the Company"
I wish to thank Mr Bartlett (Liverpool) for confirming they know me as being part of a disputed Will of my late mother in their latest reply on Trustpilot. The fact they don't seem to understand the actual Trustpilot terms and conditions, as shown above, proves all other bad reviews about Chester Branch are true. They don't care what others state or what is the correct law.
They also do not say anything I say is libelous anymore or even denying any of my written and video evidence which if they did would make them look even more ridiculous to all good and professional solicitors hoping not to be tarred with the same brush which I have no interest in doing! It is clear my mother said that she was hit by their lawyer doing her Will and there is other evidence sent to them to show that the Will is not valid and they have been told that on many occasions. What is more disturbing is instead of following legal guidelines of standard mediation to resolve these issues they ignore this and do what they want. They steam ahead with what they want. The video of my mother clearly shows she did not have dementia and my lawyers are now reopening a badly done inquest with new evidence that effect this Will and her strange death, which I still hold was murder and I have a right to state this as other lawyers support this.
There are many other issues I will post as they clearly show deliberate “badness” by the lawyers who are after my mother’s home and they did this to others (on tape). I can also add that Mr P. Bartlett has ignored that my mother's home is also a guest house which can have 100% business relief on the IHT400 ! All done by him to force the sale of it and damage my mother’s wealth. He would have known this and so would all the other lawyers working in this firm. This was done to the harm of my mother's estate which as an Executor he should not be doing and is grounds to remove him and his bad law firm. He clearly is not working in my mother's interests and causing a massive loss of her estate. In fact no one asked him to be the Executor of my mother’s Will, he simply bought the law firm for the probates so he could pick off houses he wants.
Also Mr Bartlett said my mother's home is worth only X when I can now show by other professionals it is worth a considerable more. And also on many occasions, I have asked for the firm’s personal indemnity insurance which they have failed to give.
How can anyone trust a legal business who can't even follow simple easy to understand instructions on how to post a review on this platform let alone bullying service users into removing negative reviews by threatening legal remedies of stating comments are libelous just because they are a legal firm is with great respect an abuse of power.
I have provided legal proof my original review was accurate and true and ask Trustpilot reinstate. How is it every-time there is a negative Chester Branch review the head office claims it has nothing to do with the head office in Liverpool as you have claimed in your last reply, when they share staff, locations, business name etc. in Chester branch.

Unacceptable experience
Unacceptable experience. Went to Bartletts solicitors, Chester for independent advice against Matthews solicitors when they were operating independently. I found out later that Bartletts knew they would be merging with Matthews, hence they did not give me the sole independent advice which they should have done for me to act on.
They have not concluded the requests of a will satisfactorily and are still holding onto £15000.00 which was left by the deceased to be shared equally between 3 beneficiaries. This is since 2008.

Excellent service
Excellent service, very friendly and professional staff.
Exceptional service
I used this company on recommendation and was not disappointed. The service received by Louise Nelson was exceptional and efficient. Her communication was often and informative and the whole process of selling our house was made easy by this company.
Avoid at all cost
I hired Christopher Bartlett (Liverpool) to help with a commercial matter. He was useless. No communication possible, no professional standards, no honesty or integrity, let clients down without notice or explanations. You don't know what you pay for. In the end, I had to hire another solicitor. Beware!
James Edwards- Bartletts- Amazing!
After going through a few unscrupulous solcitors I was recommended James Edwards from Bartletts Solicitors in the commercial property department.
James has been extremly professional and courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to recomend him.

Do not use this company
Quite possible the worse experience I have ever had. Took them nearly four years to then decide to ignore all my evidence and chicken out of going to court. Left me no option but to contact ombudsman. They seriously need investigating.

Avoid!
Avoid!! After falling over in a carpark i fell over a grid that wasnt placed correctly this happened last december the person who deals with it doesnt chase the person whos responsible up. Im having to make contact then they will contact them. Its a very slow process which a claim this small should of been dealt with. Any other solicitor would of had this matter resolved. Has i did get a 2nd opinion and they even said this claim should of been dealt with by now! Sadly im still waiting just wandering if this will ever be resolved! Well if you like waiting around then these are the solictors for you!
