Great professional service received
My case was managed by Nicola and Stephanie for over a year. I was very pleased with my first time experience, they were both pleasant and informative regarding my case at all times, if Nicola is going to be away she would always inform me in writing, if there was anything urgent Stephanie would step in and can answer your query.
I would recommend Nicola because she did a great job with my case and I am pleased to have settled with the appropriate amount with advise.
Overall experience of excellence to them both and thank you for winning my case.

Great service and good value.
Louise Nelson and her team were brilliant. She was easy to contact and dealt quickly with the necessary conveyancing procedures. I also paid a lot less than I would have done for a local solicitor. Thanks Louise!

Another happy customer
I appointed Bartletts Solicitors to deal with the sale of my mothers house. Louise Nelson from Bartletts acted on our behalf and she was very professional, the sale proceeded quickly and I was very happy with the service I received From Bartletts and Louise in particular. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, in fact I already have and the person I recommended them too was also very happy with the service and speed of action they received.

Unacceptable experience
Unacceptable experience. Went to Bartletts solicitors, Chester for independent advice against Matthews solicitors when they were operating independently. I found out later that Bartletts knew they would be merging with Matthews, hence they did not give me the sole independent advice which they should have done for me to act on.
They have not concluded the requests of a will satisfactorily and are still holding onto £15000.00 which was left by the deceased to be shared equally between 3 beneficiaries. This is since 2008.

The Good, The Bad & The Bartletts
Whilst the quality of service received by others has been deemed worthy of 5 stars, providing the lowest score possible where my personal experience with Bartletts is concerned entails an equally-deserved rating.
As well as highlighting a number of their own concerns (to include them also raising issue upon Bartletts expecting them to admit or deny liability with incomplete medical records over 18 months out of date), learning that my Defendant’s legal counsel felt the need to insist a fellow SRA regulated professional should take their client's instruction and provide a proper Letter of Claim is a shocking actuality of many I am now aware of that still renders me speechless.
Acting in my best interests would have involved this Law Firm not acting for me at all. The solicitor who mishandled my case no longer appears on their website, therefore unless he has anything else he cares to add upon perusing this review, I will assume John Bartlett's 11-page Final Response to my non-exhaustive 16-paged account entails his last words on the matter, for and on behalf of Bartletts Solicitors Ltd.
In light of how a number of my concerns received the concurrence of a leading insurance legal specialist law firm, I bring my review to a close with the very apt last words of my own, Res ipsa loquitur.

Sian dealt with my case ..
Sian dealt with my case for the loss of hair through damage of bleach in a salon and won it for me. She was so professional and always offered advice and support as of when I needed it. She sent emails and letters which kept me updated and very kind with them. I finally have closure with the traumatic time I went through and I have herself to thank for that and will be forever grateful.
