There is no point offering state of the art healthcare if its benefits are wiped out by unconnected support services. Someone I know was today kept waiting for hours for his discharge to be processed.... See more

Whipps Cross University Hospital

I really don't know how this can be called a hospital. Waited 3 hours in A&E (not a problem!), only to be triaged by the most obnoxious, rude and demeaning doctor I have ever met. Told me to go home and stop wasting everyone's time, nothing wrong with me. I stayed, was something wrong with me, was admitted. Discharged next day, with possible diagnosis and codeine with a colonoscopy to be done within 2 weeks. 2 weeks is up, have spent a total of 9 hours over 3 days trying to speak to someone, anyone who can tell me what is happening. On hold, transferred, hung up on, told 3 times someone would ring me back, NOTHING!!! I am worried, distressed and in a great deal of pain and no one at this hospital cares.

Patient Transport.

Patient Transport.
I'm very disappointed in the quality of the service.
The *private company-££££.* running the service; needs to get more staff on the booking side. And more drivers.
It's a continuous throw of the dice if the driver turns up or even turns; up at the scheduled time. The number of necessary appointments I've been forced to cancel is not only a joke. But it is incredibly stressful. I have travel sickness. To ease my discomfort, I was allowed if it was practical to sit in the front-this has now been stopped.
The quicker the service is returned to the NHS, the better it will be for everyone!

Zero start for Toxic and hostile place

I know Bartshealth pretty well in both angles, as a patient and unfortunately a staff.
Lets start my patient experience.
Please dont even try using switchboard they will most likely not putt you in right place.
I had minor surgery in RLH On day one they've kept me till 3 pm since morning just to tell me Ohh we haven't got a surgeon.
I dont understand why I took them 7 hr to figure this?
Day two Waited waited 2 pm I was told We haven't got theatre staff.
Day three Arround 1 pm I am being told there is emergency and I can go home.
Ive actually accepted this day there was life threatening emergency.
I found that theatres in RLH were poorly organised and when I went there everything made sense. CHAOS
Also attended clinic where consultant couldn't tell why I was reffered.
I ve been seeing and had to waste time explaining why and clearly none of documentation was available.
I ve came to have xray and they were trying to tell me I am here for testicular ultrasound.
Chest X ray in RLH = ballsack scan
Because of a covid I wasn't able to see my GP therfore I went to A&E which is clearly bad mistake.
First question I was asked was rude tone Why am I here ? I could expect from staff a bid more empathy, compasion and politeness and none of them Ive recived.
Pure anger because Ive decided to increase their work load by turning up .

As a employee it isn't any better.
Managers are rude, talk over you , always know everything better then everybody else.
Its common that staff stick together because ogtheir ethnicities and they intend to help among theit cirle mostly.
Place is devided like anywhere else Ive ever seen.

Managers have their loved bunch and favoritism is daily accurance. You can beg for years for training opportunities and never get it because you are not liked.
Management also like to penalise you for sickness and blame culture is widely present.
I consider few individuals as foes who like to spread rummor about people behind their back and they lack courage to confront them
They are unprofessional cawards
I cam guarantee you that when bosses needs your help they are suddenly exceptionally polite. I say its fake and revolting.
I guarantee you that as a patient you wont be well looked after where people do not work as a team and working environment is TOXIC

Royal London Whitechapel A Bullying Racist Malicious Hospital

A Corrupt Bullying Lies Malicious Racist HR / GastroEndoscopic Deoartment At Royal London Hospital WhiteChapel. In 3 years to April 2020 near 9 Blacks / Asians forced out abd complaints ignored by the CEO Alwen Williams. More recently Malicious allegations by HR / Emily Beddoes / Carlos Simon-Tellez led to arrest by an outside complainer of the sexual harrassment but the police dismissed allegations as found them to be malicious by the hospital. Beware how your family friends complain if they have staff who work there... NASTY
