Extremely professional, called to book a service for our basement pump, communication was great and appointment booked promptly. Martin attended and he is a credit to the business. I have no hesitation in recommending Basement Sump and Pump and will be using them moving forward.

Our pump failed between services and even though they were short of engineers Emma managed to get someone to us the next day - she got Damian the engineer to call to tell us how to bail the sump out until he could get to us. Damian called in advance, arrived on time and did a good job. Definitely recommend

We called Basement Sump and Pump having had all sorts of problems following installation of sump pumps by another company. Beth and Emma were very quick to respond to our initial enquiry. Damian, the engineer, was very professional and could not have been more informative and helpful. He called in advance to give us an ETA, he was very thorough and answered all of our questions.

I had a sump pump installed around 16 years ago, it went wrong a couple of weeks ago and this company replaced it with a new one. Martin came (on time) to do the work, he was friendly and kind and showed me photos to explain what he had done. The response to my first call for help was quick and the work was done within a few days.

Damien and Martin installed a sump pump in our cellar. They were very clean and tidy, answered all the questions I had
The sump along with associated plumbing and electrical work was positioned installed in optimum places bearing in mind existing pipework and plumbing and to minimize impact on storage.

Liam turned up on time,was polite and tidy. Did an absolutely thorough job on twin pump system x2 and checked thru all the electrics paying attention to the alarms. He cleaned up afterwords having recorded all his information required for my report. So rare to receive such a great service at such a fair rate.

Brilliant efficient company. Martin fitted my sump pump and did an excellent job. Martin explained the process and showed me how the pump worked and explained what he had done. I feel more reassured now knowing my sump pump has been fitted by proffesionals.

I've been impressed that Chloe has proactively reminded us that service was due and she was very efficient in organising it.
The engineer was Martin on both occasions. Most recently he contacted me by phone to ask if he could arrive early. He was triendly and efficient. He Kept me informed of what he was doing.
The invoice came a week after the work was done and it was easy to pay over the phone.
On my experience I would highly recommend this company.

Martin was excellent. Explained what he thought the problem was and what he was going to do to correct it. Then tested his work to prove it had worked. Very impressed.

My husband booked a service after our courtyard pump stopped working. Martin the service engineer arrived the next morning. He couldn't have been more helpful. He worked out that the pump was working fine,but we had electrical issues with the socket it was plugged in to. He connected the pump to another socket and even extended our extention lead to do that ! He couldn't have been more helpful. Absolutely recommend the company, very quick, very thorough and very helpful.
