Service is really Bad. Didnt get the passende via email and people working here don’t Seen professional. I was hyped to go here with my girlfriend and got the best package, though I have to say im thinking of terminating the contract Right away.

I responded to the original advert…
I responded to the original advert which informed me I would receive an email inviting me to sign up prior to opening. I never received any email and only discovered it was open in the local press release. I then joined at a more expensive price with less perks. I hope the actual gym is more organised and that my membership is reduced to the original offer I was informed.

'better than nothing' - tells it all.
Well... their motto is 'better than nothing'. And they take this seriously. They have lots of machines but typically low quality, jammed spaces, very few showers, sometimes in a shared m/f space. They don't really care how equipment is installed: I've been to 4-5 clubs and at none of these spaces was there enough space for a decent pullup / muscleup.
Oh, also, i called in to non-renew my subscription a couple of hours after the deadline and they said no, sorry, you're on the hook for a year now. Great, generous, elegant, customer oriented... Just so you guys know what to expect. Set your expectations super low and you'll be fine.

Unresponsive system
I wanted to visit the gym on 26/03/2026. I finished my subscription online, paid 54 euros. I immediately downloaded the app, waited for the emails and was ready to visit the gym. The email wouldn't arrive, usable customer service is nonexistent. Phone number unreachable, chatbot useless. Very dissatisfied.
