NEW, GOOD QUALITY battery for an old phone
It was great to find a NEW, GOOD QUALITY battery for an old model Motorola Nexus 6 that I've been told I won't find any longer...
The price was fair and the time till I received it, acceptable.

Unable to contact via their website contact address, never replied. Battery apparently in UK but never moved on the tracker in 5 weeks. Totally disappointed with this company's website, service and attitude, and now do not trust them at all. I want this battery delivered or a full refund.

Don’t believe their delivery times
Took over a month to receive our battery, reading reviews it seems everybody gets the same “item out of stock” message. Communication is very poor, hoping this battery lasts as a return would probably be impossible!

Edit: I have ordered Battery Charger, its been more than 2 weeks, no replies to my email, I have sent multiple reminders but nothing. The status of the delivery does not change nothing moves, there are no contact numbers. This is a typical profile of a company that cannot be trusted. I am still waiting to receive my order which I am starting to loose hope for. Will keep you posted but current experience is very bad and the company looks shady.
Update: I have received the BatteryCharger and it was fault of local Post office to not deliver it on time and not the Batteryupgrade team, so- its clear the company is not a scam or a Cheater. They are totally legit, everything came as ordered and on their platform they are actively replying to all my queries. However, the company can greatly improve by implementing proper Parcel Tracking which I was told for such small orders there is no tracking which is not fair, as small as it may seem for the company it has value for customers. So, what led me to write this review was lack of Tracking details and secondly, no possibility to reach the company via phone or Live Chat. This is important to have a proper customer experience.

It's not even worth the 1 Star, Ordered Makita batteries and charger on the 1st of July and still don't have anything but an email telling me they are not in stock and will be shipped on the 31st of July....or later....
Customer service doesn't reply on their own ticket system for days or weeks......
DO NOT BUY HERE! It's a waste of time, effort and money!!

Be warned - inferior products!! Macbook Air)
Received the battery ok (Macbook Air) - but it's failing after 10 months (installed Oct '23, now July '24). Down to 60.7% capacity and dropping like a stone. Battery report says it was manufactured in 2015! Emailed www.batteryupgrade customer service - nothing. Ignored my email.
UPDATE: batteryupgrade has responded to this review by saying submit a support ticket; There is NOWHERE on their website to do that; it says to contact via email on the website, yet they don't reply to emails. There is NO other way to contact them and I have searched the website thoroughly.
UPDATE 2: Followed the link finally supplied to lodge a 'ticket' - that was 3 days ago. NO REPLY

Very poor customer service
I placed an order for a battery on June 6th but it arrived 10th of July (956188147) Tried to make contact with them looking for a date of delivery but their automated system to contact them was the worst Ive used. I since bought another battery from anothe provider and delivered two days later. This battery from battery upgrade arrived over 4 weeks later and now I want to return but cant contact the company to return it. Very frustating!!
