Hearing Aid Batteries

Ordered rechargeable batteries for my hearing aids. Normally set of batteries last 1 year, batteries from this provider lasted just 2 months before they stopped working. Obviously, the batteries delivered were OLD.

Automower robot mowers no longer accept compatible batteries

The order went very well. However, Husqvarna 550 Automower robot mowers no longer accept compatible batteries. It is therefore necessary to buy branded batteries. Returns have taken a long time to set up because the batteries can only be changed by ticket and not by telephone. This prolongs the exchange. I won't be ordering from them again for this reason.

No instructions to return the product

The battery pack ordered was advertised compatible with my tool. However, it was the wrong size and did not fit.
Delivery took 10 days without previous information.
2 tickets which I opened to receive instructions to return the product were closed without supplying information.
Still waiting to solve the problem and return the product....

Battery to my Xiaomi robot vacum…

Battery to my Xiaomi robot vacum cleaner was flat when delivered so my suspections of a short lifetime was correct. In less than a year the battery was dead. Very poor service. Do not follow the warranty for selling items in Norway. But still have a Norwegian look a like page in Norwegien that is ment to trick people to belive they are buying with the same possibility for claim an warranties as in Norway and the Nordic contryes. When i informed them that i would write the trooth on Trustpilot they suddenly could send me a new battery. But only after i send in the old one and pay for the freight. Im afraid that would only have ended in a mail were they claim i have done something wrong. Dont buy bad batteries from this fraud dealer. Rather find a serious dealer with good reputation on Trustpilot!

Good service.

Good service.
The first battery was dead, the second worked perfectly.
I had to pay 30 euro to send the faulty battery back so thats why I took one star.

The batteries do not charge to the capacity of the genuine Arlo product and do hold a charge. Less useful than a worn out Arlo original.

Poor Service from BatteryUpgrade

I ordered a new battery for my Gardena lawn mower on April 24th. The payment was immediately deducted from my account to a company in Holland, and I received an email confirmation thanking me for the purchase. However, I received no delivery time or further information in the following weeks.
As the grass continued to grow, I tried to contact customer service, but this proved impossible. I had to open an online ticket, and after several days of waiting, I was informed that the supply from China was delayed and that I would need to wait an additional three weeks. At this point, I decided to cancel my order, but BatteryUpgrade refused. A new deadline was set, but still, no shipment arrived. Finally, on July 12th, my money was refunded.
In the meantime, I purchased a battery from Batterilageret.dk and received a top-quality product within three days. I strongly advise against using BatteryUpgrade. Life is too short for cheap, poor-quality products and terrible service from China.

We would like to clarify we are a Dutch company shipping from the Netherlands. Our average delivery time to Denmark is one up to two weeks. However, delays can sadly occur in international travel, so we maintain a deadline of 5 weeks before officially declaring an order 'lost'. After this, we can either ship a new package (free of charge), or refund the full purchase amount.

mavic pro batteries

I ordered two batteries for dji mavic pro. They were not compatable. (Might have been my fault, I had no issue covering return postage). I emailed battery upgrade 6 times without any response whatsoever. Suprisingly, yesterday, I received a generic email asking for my experience dealing with battery upgrade. I told them what my experiences were and gave them yet another chance to contact me. no response. the batteries were sent back and I am out over £160.
