Overall an excellent experience.

Their site was easy to navigate.
The appropriate battery for my laptop was easy to find without any doubts if the product was the right one.
Fast delivery, excellent packaging, good performing product so far.

I found here a specific battery with…

I found here a specific battery with the best price.
This was the second time I bought something in this shop. The first buy was ok so didn't hesitate log to buy something 4x more expensive for my Stiga lawn mower.
After replacing the old battery my device is recovered and healthy.

Stay away from this company

The company sendt the battery to the wrong adress. They told me they would send a new package to the right adress. After waiting a long time, they had sent the new package to the wrong adress again. After telling them again that it was the wrong adress, they told me they had sent it to the right adress. After waiting weeks again, I asked what adress they had sendt to. And again it was still to the wrong adress. I asked many times to get a trackingnumber, but it was never possible to use the one i got. After waiting for months an writing many messages to them I still have not got the battery. Nor a conformation that they are sending it to the right adress. All the communication messages from the company seems to be automatic responses. So I will NEVER use this company again.

Varen ble 430,- dyrere på 2 batterier fra Makita. Pga tollgebyr. Det står at det er norsk side, noe det ikke er.
Styr unna, og bruk noen som er ærlige.
Fikk til svar at dette måtte man regne med, siden: utklipp :

This is a very unserious company

This is a very unserious company. They disguise their webpages to look like they're from your local country, but they are in fact based out of the Netherlands.

If you've received defective products, they demand that you return them and pay for the shipment, which can be more expensive than the products you've ordered in the first place.

Avoid this company!!!

Got it wrong at every step

Here is what they did wrong:

1. Sent the wrong items, even though I specifically asked, to make sure, that they would be the correct items, and they assured me that they would be.

2. Said that when I returned the items I would only be refunded for the items, not the delivery costs, so I had to inform them of the law, that if I returned the full order, they had to refund delivery costs.

3. Expected me to pay for the return, and I had to inform them that they were liable for the return costs.

4. Tried to fob me off with some nonsense about 'compensation' for return costs being up to 10 Euros, and I had to explain, again, that, by law, they need to pay all of the return costs as they sent the wrong item.

5. Forced me to research and organise return costs, and pay for them, before they refunded them.

6. Rather than just refund the original costs, which would have meant the money went back to the card attached to my Paypal account, you know, how refunds normally work, they added the refund to my Paypal account. By moving the refund and the refund for the postage into my Paypal account I incurred a fee from Paypal.

So, after dealing with this company company, I've had to send about 20 messages, been sent the wrong item, had to organise my own return, had to argue with them about costs and the law, and they have not offered any sort of sincere understanding or apology, and I have spent time and energy I don't have, and am now out of pocket!

Returns policy can leave you out of pocket

The laptop battery I ordered was defective, I returned via tracked post as requested by the company. They won't reimburse all of the shipping costs which is really poor when returning a defective item - so I've spent money and wasted time for nothing. I would shop elsewhere next time.
