Optician very thorough and professional.
The assistant that helped me choose frames, really took care to listen to my preferences and reacted accordingly, excellent.

I have been using this optician’s for many years . It’s always a pleasant experience from the excellent eye test with the optician to the dispensing staff. Definitely a 5 star rating.

I had a sight test today at the Beckenham branch and it’s was the most thorough eye exam I’ve had.
The staff were very welcoming and professional. Sarah, Katherine and Zoe helped me find a frame that suited me and I could tell they were being honest and transparent, rather than just saying what I wanted to hear.
The optometrist, Eadaoin, explained each step of the eye exam and told me the purpose of each test. She found something small with my eye that’s never been picked up on, so I knew she was being very thorough.
I’ve recommended Bayfields to all my family!

I have a pair of vari-focals which are better than any I have had before. I see as normally as I wd if I had perfect right! And I am grateful that my mild macular degeneration is being monitored. This is a comfort to me.

The atmosphere is very calm, and everyone is very professional within they're field.

I received a friendly welcome from Catherine, the receptionist, who was able to supply me with the lens wipes I wanted and was able to confirm my appointment to go through my new glasses as well as tell me the brands and models of the lenses and the frames, so I could add the glasses to my contents insurance accidental damage. The price of them was also confirmed. Well done Bayfields.
