Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 44 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported issues with payment systems, where machines would confirm payment but not provide receipts, or online systems would decline payments despite available funds. This often led to receiving penalty notices weeks later, even when proof of payment was available. Reviewers also found the appeal process problematic, with appeals being ignored, denied with generic responses, or requiring customers to pay fines to avoid higher charges while waiting for a resolution. Some people were dissatisfied with the pricing, finding charges disproportionate for minor overstays or for parking in locations where they believed they had valid permits. Additionally, customers experienced poor response times from customer service, with calls going unanswered and emails being ghosted, especially when trying to resolve payment or appeal issues.

Unworthy and horrible car park in the uk

Small parking spaces, lift most of the times out of work, staircase full of rubbish and horrible smell, i will never use this car park anymore. Better to avoid this miserable place.

No Safe Place to Read Signage in Leeds White Hall Road

Company provides an appeal form but it doesn't work based on the letter they send you.

I have ADHD which affects my ability to process information quickly.

I pulled into white hall road car park where they insist signage is clear yet don't provide a place to stop that isn't on double yellows to read it.

It states I was there for 2 minutes 18 seconds and after I read it (forced to stop on double yellows to read it clearly) I left but still received a PCN?

Never sent initial PCN

They never sent the initial PCN letter asking to pay, then received a final notice saying the charge is now £100. Appeal with POPLA was rejected even after I asked for a proof of postage of the initial PCN, as I never received it.

Horrible company to deal with

Horrible company to deal with. They cancelled my parking permit with no warning despite there being no issue from my end, and sent me a letter to tell me that my permit was cancelled instead of emailing me instantly. In the time the letter took to get to me (potentially lost in the post) I incurred parking fines costing me hundreds of pounds with nothing I could do about it. They refuse to listen or do anything other than wring as much out of you as possible. Glad to not have to deal with them again.

What a horrible company

What a horrible company. Finally get thru on phone then they say nobody will talk to you and to send an email.

Appealed decision as had literally stopped beside a hotel for 2mins 5seconds according to camera. Of course appeal rejected. Emailed company to ask could i talk to someone as I was on holiday and had never been to area before. If course no response.

Robbing company out for their own profits. No use appealing as u never win.

Rip off artists…

Consistently target people who have paid a ticket before. Will take photos in a way that hide a parking pass and get backed up by the shills at POPLA. Can’t park in the car park any more even with a pass

Absolute shocking company absolute…

Absolute shocking company absolute shocking of a company I submitted My appeal twice on the website, then received a notice from the dept collector I tried using baysentry Phone number over 30 to 40 times no one picked up. I sent them an email. No one replied back. I received another letter from the debt collector today upon trying the number again. Someone picked up a very horrible lady who claim to be the manager she said she she received no appeal so I said to her I thought something must’ve been wrong after I sent to appeals so I personally emailed them which she said she received but still can’t help me and put the phone down on me saying that I was rude I said to her, why would I send an email, because I was concerned that I was not getting a Response Honestly I have never dealt with unhelpful horrible lowlife people who’s just out there to get peoples money.

Terrible company

I have received a letter from a collection agency regarding a parking fine for apparently parking in the wrong space. I've never had a ticket or letter prior to receiving a debt letter. At the time they are saying I'd committed the offence I was in hospital and my car was parked in my space which I pay for. A ridiculous company who expect me to pay for something they can't provide any evidence.
Update..I've just been sent a photo of my car IN MY SPACE..

This company feels like a scam

This company feels like a scam. Despite paying for monthly parking, I received two letters demanding additional charges. It's absurd! Though I appealed and won, it exposes the potential scam. It suggests the company either targets random individuals or has terribly flawed technology.

How is this company's practise legal

How is this company's practise legal. They have pursued me for a fine at my gym where I pay for parking. They harassed me for weeks until I suggested that we arrange a Court date. They immediately dropped the fine. Why do we put up with being treated like this?

Appalling company

Moved into an apartment with this company monitoring car park. Took 6 weeks for them to send a permit after paying and never got a ticket for not displaying permit and my registration was in their system. Permit is flimsy piece of paper which fell off dashboard the other day and slapped a £60 pcn for not having it on display even though you could see it on the seat. Appealed and declined. Appalling company.

Daylight Robbers!

Daylight Robbers!

Disgusting practices, refused my PCN appeal when I was not the one driving, because my friend who was driving lives out of the country. John Steven Gautrey and Benjamin Ziff, the CEO and Managing Directors of BaySentry Solutions, you should be ashamed of yourselves, running a company which sole purpose is to extort hard-earned money from innocent members of the public.

I have contacted them multiple times…

I have contacted them multiple times due to parking fines I received as they were unreasonable but they ignored all my emails even though after every email I sent week after week, I received an auto reply which explained they will get back to me but they never did and it is evident that they never will. They would rather pass me over to a debt collection agency.

Appeal lost and charged for making a 20min delivery

I had to park in an East Finchley area 'controlled' by Baysentry to make a furniture delivery to a flat. My van has no signage markings on it and was only there for 20 minutes.
There is no where else to park for deliveries and because I didn't have a permit received a PCN. I appealed this with POPLA and even offered to pay a fair proportional parking charge, but they upheld Baysentry's claim that I hadn't had a permit but would not consider that they are unfairly charging an honest short term use of the space.
They should provide somewhere for deliveries.
Look out for this if you're making deliveries, because someone from Baysentry is looking out for you!

Vile company

Vile company, handing out unfair tickets, pointless challenging, no responses to any communications. The phone line might as well not exist. Avoid any carparks that are run by them.

DISGUSTING DO NOT USE

Unfotunately i could not give zero stars. This company is a sham and tickets cars, knowing that they cannot issue them with a eprmit as they have run out of them. They also know that the cars are legally parked in their own space and due to ill health unable to move the car. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. we will not renew their contract THIS IS A GENUINE POST
