Your order was placed on the 27/12/2022 which is a bank holiday, we are non-operational over the weekend and bank holidays.
As this is the case your parcel was processed and dispatched on the next working day which was the 28/12/2022 on a 3-5 working day service. This means your parcel is due to arrive on or before Thursday the 5th of January.
I have checked your tracking and am pleased to confirm your parcel has been confirmed at the depot and is due to go out for delivery today.
